Pueblos Mágicos Real del Monte and Huasca de Ocampo are real nice little hidden towns where you can enjoy the streets, old architecture, get great food and do some shopping. Also these towns are very close to the waterfall Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. Which is not only unique waterfall, but also an amazing park with a lot of activities.
Let's go and explore the beautiful state of Hidalgo! Mexico has so much to offer if you are ready to explore it!

Nice video. A little background on the "pasties": miners were recruited from Cornwall, in the UK, to work in the silver mines of Mexico. Their traditional snack was a pastie: it is NOT a Mexican food. Here is some additional info: The Cornish pasty is known and loved throughout Great Britain and has long been part of the country's culinary heritage. It is believed the pasty originated with Cornish tin miners who, unable to return to the surface at lunchtime, could still enjoy a hearty meal.

Mexico is undergoing a dry season that's why the Prismas Basalticos waterfalls were dry as well, but when there is more water it looks way more beautiful!! great video

Thank you! Right, I was there at the wrong time and I knew that, but I had to take that opportunity! I can only imagine how beautiful it is with a lot of water. And how crowded it gets too, lol.
