I decided to grit my teeth and dive in to see how accurate this medical info actually is, just as long as the ear-worm nursery rhymes don't drive me mad first. Today we talk about exercise, ab workouts, washing your hands, checkups, common colds, bandages, fruits and vegetables in your diet, and baths!
