I missed the part where you told her that you were recording the private negotiation to post on youtube. Also repeatedly trying to frame the fact that you had to reduce the initial asking price because no one would buy as if that means it's already a great deal would rub a lot of people the wrong way.

I can tell you didn’t do the viewing as there was no repport and you didn’t hit on the customers motivations for buying.
