I am so impressed with the way he explains things. I’ve taken the class but it only prepped me foe the class test. I didn’t feel prepared at all for state test. I have listened to everything I can find on you tube that Joe has put out and I feel so much more confident for my state exam. The only thing I’d look for now is Florida specific just to be sure!

Hi Joe! Quick question, when a seller agrees to both an exclusive right to sell and an exclusive agency. how does the payout work? Just to make sure I understand, are there only Open Listings, Net Listings, Exclusive right to sell, and Exclusive agency?

Hi Joe, Im scheduled to take the Georgia State Exam, and to be honest Im nervous about the wording of the questions..I listen to the webinars also at work, while working and for the most part I understand, but the questions are so tricky.

I passed both my State and National portion without a doubt, thanks to your videos.. Mooooo. hahaha..

Hi Joe, Question? What if the seller tells you, the listing agent,, That they will be out of town for 2 weeks, and you are authorized to accept anything over (blank)?. Is that part of the protection claus? I guess the question is, can a seller give you the power to accept an offer if they are not able to agree?

Hi JOE When does a listing end? She said ,whatever the seller and the buyer agree upon. Please explain because what does the buyer have to do with the listing agreement.

I’m freaking out, my test is on Thursday. I failed my first time the 11th this month, signed up with you right after and I’m so scared I’ll fail again. A lot of the questions I had never even seen before.

I thought his webinars were more for passing the national portion, I actually need help with the Pa state portion of the test. he does a great job of getting me prepared for the national portion, just watch all of his crash courses over and over again and I promise you will be fine. Any tips on the state specific part. Wish I just new what chapter to review for it because the question the gave me during the exam made no sense and I hate how they worded the questions.
