I presume you mean Veliko Tarnovo. Veliko was just outside my top five. I actually made a video on Veliko and it is in my video library. Prices are cheap but the problem is that it is a long way from an airport.
Thanks again. Non EU Citizens can buy both the property and the land it sits on. Non EU can buy property but not land however you can set up a company which is quite sraightforward.
Hi Giorgio ! Any property that costs above 1,200 EUR per square meter in Sofia (the exception being luxurious new buildings in the city center if and only if they have an undergound parking spot for each apartmebt) is a recipe to lose money. Sofia is an overgrown village, located in a huge valley. The city size is 492 square kilometers which is roughly 8.5 times the size of the island of Manhattan. The city was planned to house 3 million people by the turn of the millenium. The vision was concoted in the 1950's when Bulgaria was a star performer in Eastern Europe (the reason being it sustained relatively minor destruction during WWII). Things didn't go well and today Sofia has a resident population of only 1.15 million people. Educated Professionals in Bulgaria prefer cities like Stara Zagora, Plovdiv, Varna and Burgas because they are much more dynamic and in fact wealthier (on a per capita basis) than is Sofia. Around half of the people in Sofia are over the age of 60 years old. Most pensioners live in commie blocks and smaller residential dwellings. As they die out and are not replaced the real estate market increasingly will flood with empty units. Commie blocks in Sofia are actually better quality than those in other Bulgarian cities (In capitals in the Communist block this was always the case) so locals will gladly rent and buy them instead of the over priced modern buildings in the suburbs (aka the middle of nowhere with only redeeming feature being a Lidl or Kaufland supermarket "only" 1 - 3 kilometers away. As for decent bakeries and cafes you won't find them outside the touristic center and even those are nothing to write home about.
I think you should think more about your RU-vid channel. Your channel relayed others are going far in less time. But their video quality is worse. I think you should do more research on channel tags. Because good tags help the channel to reach everyone. I have helped many people in this regard.
It can only help. Please noe that for now it is only air and sea and not land crossings. Nevertheless it is good news and property will probably go up slightly.
