Thanks to Bharat Realestate Syndicate (BRS). The 10 years of artificial real estate hype created by BRS affiliated binami builders made middle class into beggar class in and around Hyd. Before 2015 Bengaluru lo less than 50% untunde cost of living. Now Hyd is equal to if not more than Bengaluru in cost of living.

Govt is busy in arranging freebies as per commitment and increasing their ministers count, so don't expect any growth upto atleast 2 years. Now mostly funds from central govt will go to Amaravati for development
