In Mumbai, in any good locality 4 cr means a 4bhk with around 2000-3000 sq ft area.. With some negotiation, this house wl b a steal at something around 3.5-3.8cr INR

NUMBER 1 Thing someone should do. Is look up Moving to NB. #2 Tax's. This is the heaviest Tax part of Canada. You'll be paying 1 to 3% more just in Personal income tax. Be Ready for the Tax's. #3. You need a car. Nothing is close by the cities are spread out and You'll need a car or transportation as the Local bus's and Taxi's are costlier then owning a car. There are very limited Bike lanes. The country side is Dangerous to bike on as the roads are narrow and crumbling. Add in the country people speed everywhere to get to and from anyplace. The post speed limit might be 80. But most drive 100. Adding in to the danger of Peddle biking. #5. Most malls and stores now close at 6pm some 7pm during the week days. Then add in the congestion of the weekend traffic. It's not the place happy go lucky place People think it is. It's depressive honestly.
