Great tips! I’ve heard photographers worry about using an iPhone on a gimbal in front of a realtor. They think it won’t look professional enough but, my man here isn’t even using the gimbal! Wow!

Don't get me wrong, fancy gear is nice and goes a long way for first impressions on a homeowner but it is not required. Knowledge is the key component to creation and as your gear advances, these maneuvers will still translate over to gimbal work. All that matters is how quickly your imagery moves properties 😄

Two questions: 1) How did you get the drone looking shot with a phone? 2) How much did you pay the deer to run across the backyard? I'm thinking of hiring one for all my future videos!

Hahaha that deer shot is my favorite one so far this year. I really lucked into that one. I actually used a selfie stick for the "drone shot" look. I have a full tutorial on how to do it with a 360 cam from last year

So happy that I found your channel. I’m relatively new in the real estate videography and I also have the a 74. The 4K 60 crop is an issue for me and I’m wondering if the Laowa 10 mm 2.8 will eliminate the issue, making my focal length 15 mm or if I have to purchase the ZVE1. I would hate to have to buy it another camera just for 4K 60 with no crop. My question to you is if you can make a video with the 10 mm 2.8 in 4K 60 on the A74 and let us know if there is resolution denigration.

I actually use the Laowa 9mm APSC Zero D and love it. It weighs almost nothing and can fit a standard threaded polarizer. It does have some vignetting issues I have to deal with in post, but overall for the price and use of the lens I don't think you could do better without spending a LOT more

No problem man, trying to get my videos back to the roots of tutorials over reviews so the past few have felt nice. I am still using the Pixel 7pro and honestly its just OK. The wide angle lens on it is really nice but I thin the newest Samsung and iPhones are way better for interiors.

@MelvinDlaCruz all the footage in this video is actually mixed. You will see a variety of shots from the Pixel 7pro, the Samsung S24ultra, the iPhone 14pro, and a few from my A7IV. I did not label them all, but I tried to use as many different phones as possible to prove that it can be done with anything 😁

@@jeremydeihl I use an iPhone 15 Pro for RE vids now and I love it. SO light and easy to get into right spots. Coming from an APS-C camera, the IPhone video blows my camera out of the water. The wide angle isn’t as good as the 1x lens (which has a bigger sensor). I even tried a Moment 0.75x lens on the iPhones main camera but it’s just not wide enough. I’d rather have a wider view than perfect windows
