Anime is an delusional universe, (that doesn’t mean that it’s bad), it means that most things that we deem normal in anime are impossible on the real world, like some of the characters reactions, or, some things like punching your friend so hard that he flies onto the sky, leaves a hole on the floor and then says “ouch, that hurts”. So of course that it would be very cringe to act like that in real live, (which has nothing to do with anime being bad or not).
