Hey people, which unit is a proper, the most common unit in the Ottoman Empire in this historical period? What uniforms were worn during this period? Have you got any sites or information about it? I would be glad to know them!

Look up videos by Kings and Generals regarding the time period and the empire itself. I think there is some information about them in their vids. As to books, I'm not so certain. There is a book about the wars between Europe and the Ottoman Empire (Enemies at the Gates if I'm not mistaken). The book if I'm not mistaken, details the wars and conflicts from the conquest of the Balkans, all the way to the Crimean war. Again, I could be wrong, since its a while since I've last read it. As to other sources, there's an anime called Shokoku no Altair that is set in a fictional Ottoman Empire and the protag is based on an idealized version of Mehmed Al Fatih. Watch the anime. The art is astoundingly beautiful (like all animes are), the story is pretty good (like damn near all animes are), the characters entertaining and novel (like near all animes are), and the outfits are just dazzling to behold. Only downside to the anime is the action scenes are kinda bland, utterly unlike Vinland Saga or Shigurui, let alone god tier like Kimetsu no Yaiba.
