It’s wild to me. So many family members want it live streamed because they can’t get to courthouse and even Chad’s lawyers want it to be live streamed but judge *still* won’t budge 😒

Believe it or not, I’m an average lay person - but I love the law - and usually I can follow him very easily. I tend to disagree he’s more for lawyers or people in that profession. I’ve learned so much from him *because* he speaks and explains it “downed.” With *this* particular one, I think it was the *way* this motion was laid out and/or what it can imply that had me confused. It was complicated; way more than most on here! 🤯 Take care! 🖖

Peter keep covering this case as for me I'm just so fed up with murdagh case. Its that I invested this much time I gotta see where it goes. But it's such a train wreck on both sides. Def state has no clue on having a flow thru witness n testimony. Feels like never ending story.. Vallow case could be a re washing of my over courtroom fix for right now. Always Killin it Peter. Ty

The biggest problem in this case is they have a judge who doesn’t seem to know what’s he is doing and can’t make any decisions about almost everything. Incompetent judge IMO!!

Peter, you probably won't be able to get documents today from the court, but you should be able to get a verbal ruling from reporters. Nate Eaton has been following this case from day 1, and he goes to the hearings. Judge Boyce has been fumbling this case. IMO

Murdaugh trial: yesterday Buster held in front of face shooting bird when mark Tinsley testified. AM’s sister Lynn passed something to AM. Judge had AM urine tested and moved family back a row and said if anything else happens their next seat will be out the door

I agree, that the speedy trial should be upheld. Our constitutional rights are everyone’s, not almost everyone’s. The government needs to play by the book. This doesn’t mean that she isn’t guilty, however we have that right to a speedy trial, if it’s not done within the timeline even with the additional few days, but 44? In my eyes is unconstitutional per what our constitution states very clearly! Thanks Peter for this video, always enjoy your content!!

This case and Leticia Staunch are the 2 cases that I'm most invested in at the moment, it's so annoying that neither are live streamed! Judge Boyce seems over cautious imo and seems to be making decisions based on outside influences.

I've followed this case for 3 years before Lori was arrested. In fact, it never entered my mind that her kids were deceased. Once Lori was arrested and still wouldn't say where JJ and Tylee were, I couldn't understand why she'd rather sit in jail than say where her kids were..(talk about naive).. Then, months before the kids were found, a psychics channel showed up in my yt feed. I've never followed or listened to psychics because I didn't believe them. I did listen to this psychics reading because it was about Lori's kids..I thought what she said was hog wash!. Then 5 months later both Lori's kids were found...that psychic was spot on including what jj was wearing and the dismemberment and burning of Tylee!..I was shocked.. The psychic said Tylee told her that her mother killed her with Alex helping. Chad performed the dismemberment in his game house in his backyard.. unbelievable this person was so accurate..bone chilling..

How can Lori say she not given a speedy trial. She was committed Twice for mental health issues. Judge Bryce is not aggressive enough he let them do whatever. Like why he didn't let the camera Stay.

How was she able to stall the case because she “wasn’t fit to stand trial” and then turn around and 1. Say she has no mental health issues? 2. try to get the case dismissed because she didn’t get a speedy trial after SHE drug it out for mental health reasons which now she claims she doesn’t have? 3. Claim to not to be mentally ill UNLESS she is found guilty - then she will admit to being batshit crazy to avoid s death sentence. It seems she is manipulating the facts to suit her.

Wouldn't the judge ruling it had to be tried by Feb 19th, the judge would be shooting himself in his own foot? Wouldn't he, or the judge trying the case, be forced to adjust their own calendar, based on that decision?

Cameras in the courtroom are a relatively new development. I'm An Old, but I remember when it was a big scandal that the OJ trial was televised. Usually, it had to be a thing of national importance like the Iran Contra hearings and the trial of Oliver North to be covered live on TV.

I'm frustrated judge Boyce is banning cameras for this trial..those poor families!..not everyone can take 10 weeks off from work, or pay for travel, food and lodging. Boyce doesn't seem to care..its like both criminals Lori and Chad have more rights than they deserve!..

The only rights that matter are the rights of the accused to a fair trial. We, as bystanders and gawkers, are not entitled to camera coverage of trials. In fact, cameras in courtrooms are a relatively new development. And not one that has gone to making the law any more fair or equal, TBQH.

At the rate our judicial system is allowing different defense tactics to find ppl not guilty for murder due to some type of mental illness, those different types of mental illness are growing by leaps and bounds and we as a ppl should just legalize murder so everyone can commit murder for any reason at anytime and walk away free or get less sentence time. Everyone grew up in a home that some issues of some kind.This idea you can murder and then cry mental health issues caused you to murder is ridiculous. Almost every case with a murder charge is using mental health as a viable reason. Why not use that defense for every other crime committed?
