Real life cycling and running fitness goals are achievable using Zwift and real life ride, run and fitness activities. Like many, I didn’t apply a lot of focus to IRL (in real life), OL (online) or other fitness activities over the past year. Once I got over the shock of the world closing, transitioning to working from home (thank God for that) and generally locking the eff down, fitness fell to the wayside.
To fix that, this video talks about how to make OL and IRL cycling and running fitness goals. In the video I walk through the goal making process, basis for OL and IRL components, and talk about other factors, such as spouse (or partner) engagement as they can inadvertently derail the best made plans.
All of that said, join me as I walk through my IRL cycling and running fitness goals for better health and wellness.

This probably the best breakdown of how to balance work, family, and goals. Love the “IRL” concept! My goals are simple for 2021: - continue to learn my new discipline - Do at least one century ( already sign up for Voodoo Ultra 130 Gravel ride 😳 next month ) - one group gran fondo Continue pushing the content big homie 👊🏽

Wilfredo A. nice on signing up for the Voodoo Ultra. The name alone sounds epic! If this is your first century, work extra hard to set then ride your desired pace during the first half. Also, start eating and drinking right from the start. This will keep you from using too much energy when you're fresh and excited by the ride AND will ensure you have enough fuel to bring it home. Thanks again for posting and kind words.
