Your website says once you complete the lesson, you should spend 10-15 minutes per day. Does that mean each day there is a lesson on top of the 15 minutes or do you finish all the lessons over some days and then get to practicing? If it's the former, how long is each lesson? I'm probably going to get the guide, but with other therapy exercises/sessions and tutoring already, along with homework, I'm worried that there really wouldn't be enough time.
