This is a passionate plea to all Africans living in Africa and ESPECIALLY to my beloved Kenyans. Please please please, do not move to the US. The United States is on the verge of collapse. Actually, many African countries have worse slums than Kibera, and nobody talks about them!! So there is some fascination with Kibera. 35 African countries have no census figures. So even the largest slum in Africa tags holds no water. Second, the official stats of Kibera are known, but western NGOs would rather fabricate estimates to keep raising funds and living in Kenya. They need to be called out.
