I brought it from Costco and it worked surprisingly well during our beach vacation. We put three buckets of ice in the morning and it kept our drinks at ice cold temperature for the entire day.
@@striker1211 thanks for the reply. I noticed that on the Titan lunchbox I got from Costco. Just bought the backpack cooler and am thinking that ice water will do the same to this. I’m going to line the inside of the backpack cooler with a contractor garbage bag so that the ice water doesn’t get into the coolers stitching. Hopefully that’ll prevent the mold. Will keep it open to dry out like you recommended too.
I have a $25 Rubbermaid cooler from Meijer which I use for longer excursions. It's the basic red cooler with white lid. Igloo makes a similar cheap cooler for around $25 as well. This Costco Titan is better suited for day trips than weekend camping trips because it is not air tight.
Hello Striker 1211! Found your review for the Titan 50 can cooler. It is 9 months later and I purchased the same cooler today at Costco. I was wondering if you still recommend and are satisfied. After looking it over I was wondering if the zipper is reliable. Have you had any problems? Hoping to hear from you. Thanks and take care.
Yeah I still like it, it is a great beach-day cooler. Lightweight and easy to shoulder carry. Also, the zipper is reliable. I've really reefed on it and it hasn't broke.

Guy was obsessed with waterproof feature. What do you expect if you fill a soft cooler (with velcro hatch) with water and tip it over. Ridiculous review!
Yeah I was just disappointed that there was a piece of weak velcro holding the flap. I think I hit all the major tests though. Do you have any questions regarding the product?
