I'll never forget the words of one of the moms of a Colombine shooter: "I wish I would have talked less and listened more." Listening is such an underrated value.

I was listening to this so attentively that I noticed for the first time how, under his breath throughout, he is subtly muttering "mhhmm" after many statements. 😃

It is as if the part of him which is listening is hearing the part of him that's talking and it's just so fresh and spontaneous he's agreeing to it like that proverbial "amen" with each statement.

@@johnpienta4200 I think thats it also. I've heard others do it also while in a teaching role and speaking without a script. Very cool!

I had this epiphany yesterday , everything doesn't have to make sense , fit into a concept or be in correlation with a bigger picture . Everything happens in the IS ! God itself culminates In the present the Moment. The ( Is ) is the picture, Eternity is happening right here in the (Is ) , at the corner of future and past on Now street . ✌️❤️🙂

🌈 I just Never have got the "benefit list" of meditation!? All of my teachers do it, and maybe I do too,in my own way sporadically.?! In all this confusion, _od help Me to set aside time in my schedule for meditation and breathing.🧘‍♀️🧘 When I finished listening to this short video, I caught a Big Breath spontaneously.! I realized that I need to do this as a spiritual practice. Thanks again. (let you know how it goes). 🌈🦋💕Grace V.

First came across the word Grok in Conversations with God by Neale Donald Walsch. "Grok it in fullness". Cool sounding word.
