I’m a real Real Madrid fan and I can say so far: this semi final is still at 50/50, I don’t know how you guys from ESPN FC can say “Bayern might be already out”. Real Madrid at Bernabéu In the second leg, there were some “interesting” matches: Juventus in Bernabéu (after Madrid defeated Juventus <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="180">3:0</a> in Turin) <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="63">1:3</a> (late penalty by Ronaldo), Amsterdam in Bernabéu (after Madrid won <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="121">2:1</a> in Amsterdam) <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="64">1:4</a> or Madrid against Chelsea in 2022… so don’t be too “sure” about anything!
Don't forget that Real Madrid didn't played better vs Leipzig in the 2nd leg, which was played at the Bernabeu. If it wasn't for the referee shenanigans, Leipzig should have pulled a big upset!
@@ezraezra2928 people tend to say „this or that team has an advantage“, but there are 90/120 minutes to play or penalty shootout. So instead of predicting too much, I prefer to watch the game.
@@Negan.481 Bayern Munich had almost eliminated Real Madrid in 2018 because if they scored third goal during the 2nd leg at the Bernabeu, they are the ones to play in the Final due to the away goal rule, thus stopping the 3-peat for Real Madrid. Interestingly, Liverpool were also likely got knocked out after winning the 1st leg by 3 goals margin (5-2), because the 2nd leg saw Roma dominating the game towards the end of the match after Edin Dzeko scored the 2nd equalizer, but in the end, Roma only scored 2 instead of 3, which would have gone through an extra time, thus denying Roma's opportunity to do another comeback just like they did against Barcelona. Everyone might be surprised if that Final would be Bayern Munich vs Roma instead of Real Madrid vs Liverpool!
As much as I want to say Real Madrid will win easily, I would never underestimate an opponent in the semi final of the ChampionsLeague. No one makes it to this stage by luck. We hated when small teams say we win by luck so we can't treat bayern different, because they can stun us. That being said, we are confident with our team ability to take us to another final and bring the trophy home so Valverde can have a 15th CL trophy to match his shirt #.
Nobody says that , Semifinals uses to be hard, remember semis against City 2 seasons ago, and also semis against Bayern when Madrid won 3 straight UCL, and also against Juve, remember Madrid won 0-3 in Italy and then Juve began scoring 3-0 in Bernabeu until the penalty on Lucas Vazquez right at the end.
No real Madrid fans underestimate opponent, we just confident, we are not like Arsenal fans who said "give us Bayern, give us Madrid" but never get near to the trophy.
when these pundits put real madrid as the favorites, expect a disaster at the bernabeu, real madrid gonna lose, real madrid play better when they are the underdog. 2-1 bayern
I've been a Madrid fan for 25 years. I won't ever write Bayern off, even if we had won the first leg. This is 51% RM and 49% Bayern. Let's go for the 15th! Hala Madrid
Bayern fan here, I agree with you, RM is the slight favorite, but not by much. I expect nothing but a CL final worthy game. it's a shame we never got the chance to play each other in a CL final. Respect to Real, but La Bestia Negra is coming back...;)
VARdrid can't be lucky all the time sorry. Literally you play anti football for 200 mins and then you pray kroos finds Vinicius... You call this football
Never write Bayern off! They are having an atrocious season but they can still spring up some surprises. Bundesliga is absolutely awesome this season they have Leverkusen winning Bundesliga and the favorite to win Europa League, Bayern and Dortmund are in UCL semis, Stuttgart just won against Bayern and could finish above Bayern. Screw EPL and their plastic fans that fifth spot for UCL belongs to Bundesliga 🇩🇪
@@allenmartinalmeida4728 If their league form would have been relevant at all, they would have been knocked out by Lazio and never reached the semi-finals
As clear and simple as it can be put.....its finely balanced...knockout games are difficult to predict but any betting man knows madrid almost always find an extra gear in these kinda games
The Bernabeu isn't a fortress Lmao. Madrid lost 4-1 against Ajax there, lost against Schalke, lost 3-0 against Juve until they got a fake penalty and got dominated by Bayern in the Bernabeu 2017 and 2018 until they got the off side goals
These guys have been WAY off with their predictions thus far. They speak with so much confidence yet majority of their predictions have been wrong round after round. Bayern outplayed Madrid in the first leg and you can see them pulling through. You can say Madrid have an edge but it’s a 50/50 thing more than anything. It’s semifinals of Champions League. Average teams don’t get to this point and if they have they can go all the way
Why are ESPN pundits acting like the Bernabeu is an intimidating foretress? They lost in the Bernebau 4-1 against Ajax, 3-0 against Juventus, lost againsr Schalke 5-4, and got dominated by Bayern in 2017 and 2018 and needed to score two off side goals and give red cars to Bayern in order scrape a win
What about Chelsea in 2022? This one should be mentioned here. It's when the club was still managed by Tuchel. Chelsea had almost eliminated Real Madrid after losing 1-3 on the 1st leg at the Stamford Bridge. They literally scored 3 goals without reply at first, and could have been better if Marcos Alonso didn't commit a handball inside the box before scoring the goal!
Also, Juventus were 3-0 up on the 2nd leg, which might result in the extra time (as Real were 3-0 up on the previous leg), when there was a soft penalty by Real and Buffon got sent off.
ESPN FC expecting Madrid to beat Bayern means Bayern will win. These guys seriously never learn and their predictions are atrocious as a result. Not kidding and mocking at all either. These pundits are seriously bad with their foresight and just go with the wind and later pretend like what they said never happened.
Currently, there is winter at the Santiago Bernabeu. A particularly vicious breed of white walkers roam within its spaces. I strongly advise Bayern to stay at Munich and not initiate a trip to Madrid. If they heed not this warning, there at Madrid, they will find carcasses of warriors who dared visit and were thoroughly feasted upon by the white walkers whose residence it is. This fate shall also befall them.
I remember in the season 19/20 when we won the sixtuple, craig dismissed Bayern as CL contenders and said something along the lines of: "God knows what's going on with Bayern Munich" hahahah this could be another one of those moments for ESPN. But Real Madrid are favorites of course, they are just talking like we're Union Berlin
Madrid has to come out with intensity because it’s still Bayern Control the game and try to manage Musiala gashing the defense because that’s guaranteed
Musiala should be isolated. His end product isn't good enough. Let him dribble as much as he wants, but prevent cutbacks and crosses. Don't foul him. That is key.
Confirmed : Bayern will beat Real Madrid on Wednesday & ESPN will find a way to explain why Bayern Loss on Saturday was necessary for them because it's Bayern😂😂😂😂
Bayern was way better the first leg. Bayern now have to travel to Madrid which will be different in terms of the atmosphere. Bayern has a scary front 3 with pace on the wings and Harry Kane in the middle and Madrid’s defense is covered with 2nd 3rd string players. I think Madrid will win but I won’t be surprised if Bayern goes all the way this year.
I have huge respect for Bayern Munich and yes it’s 2-2 on aggregate meaning that nothing has been decided in the tie, but realistically do you really think that they have a chance of beating Real Madrid at the Bernabeu. After the first leg, Real Madrid has so much confidence. Going to the Allianz Arena getting a 2-2 draw without being at your best were on the brink of losing and started the game off slow despite taking the lead later in the 2nd half, at the Bernabeu they feel as if they can win it all and the home crowd will be behind the players as well. Besides this is Real Madrid in the champions league, they’re a different beast in their own competition and while I don’t know what it is about them, there just seems to be some sort of aura around that club and their European pedigree is just unmatched. They always find a way to win in this competition and that’ll be more of the same for them against Bayern Munich. Had it not been for shambolic defending, Bayern Munich would’ve been in a better position for the 2nd leg. They looked good for most periods of the game before going behind early gaining momentum again in the 2nd half taking the lead before blowing it late in the game conceding a penalty and if they won 2-0 or 3-1 in that game, you would fancy them to go through, but now how much of a chance do they have at getting something out of this game. I know that the champions league is much different from league football, but my god what has happened to Bayern Munich because a team that’s normally dominant looks like a shadow of their former self as on the pitch you can see how much this team is really struggling right now they’re losing games that they wouldn’t have lost before just lost again 3-1 to a Stuttgart team that’s been a revelation this season and their Hollywood FC drama going on behind the scenes isn’t helping them either. That’s right they’ve get to find a new manager which is unlike them because they normally have stability now you see guys like Julian Nagelsmann Xabi Alonso and even Ralf Rangnick turning them down. Their managerial search has been nothing short of a circus to the point where it wouldn’t be a surprise if Thomas Tuchel stays next season that how much of a mess they are. Real Madrid on the other hand have clinched La Liga thanks to Barcelona’s loss against Girona and while they’re going to be partying for days, only for them to be ready against Bayern Munich and they’ll get a convincing win over them at the Bernabeu I’m not wrong on this.
The tie is not over...all Realmadrid fans know this....we respect Bayern a whole lot.. our players respect Bayern...but Madrid are in good form... everybody wrote them off vs City...but here they are...in the first leg vs bayern...you could see madrid were not intimidated but showed respect infact too much respect... I think with camavinga Tchoumeni valverde and an inform jude. I think madrid can domintae bayerns midfield...madrid didn't knock out the Favourites City just to get knocked out by a disjointed Bayern who have been poor in their league...this is Madrid's game to loose...it is in their hands
Ajax Won 4-1. At Bernbau, Chelsea with Werner won at Bernbau Real are favourites but if you're Bayern you'll always fancy your chances the game is there for taking it's not like Madrid are 2 goals ahead the game is tied so it'll be interesting tie
This little joke by Florentino Pérez with Vinícius Jr. makes it clear that at Real Madrid they are not thinking about anything other than the clash against the Munich discipline next Wednesday, May 8. All eyes are on the green and yellow '7' because he scored two goals at the Allianz Arena that leave everything balanced for that same match It is highly recommended and a MUST for Real Madrid management, board of directors, coaching staff, people working in their club who are involved on the transfer-market to permanently sell who are currently out on loan to play for another football club, do not offer a loan with buy back clause or with a number or percentage rights, recall or return players that are currently on-loan by another football club to play for Real Madrid, ageing ((28) years old and above), inconsistent (due to limited playing time, never have played and always on the bench, poor defensively, not performing well) regardless of age, injury prone, those who are not comfortable playing in different position, that MUST happen on or before July 2027. Right Back: Jesus Fortea, Malo Gusto Left Back: Alphonso Davies, Miguel Gutierrez Centre Back: William Saliba, Leny Yoro, Dean Huijsen Main Striker: Kylian Mbappe Lastly Real Madrid must never offer a contract to these players for a RIGHT BACK position, that are inconsistent regardless of age, poor defensively, has disadvantage of height and strength (lacks muscles), proven already that unable to stop wingers/strikers in different leagues, injury-prone, has beyond 60 million euro's transfer-market value, and ageing 27 years old and above, and turning 27 years old and above on year 2027. Yo! Let's be real.. because They are supporting madrid doesn't mean that Bayern will win.. Remember they supported Man city last year and they won madrid 4-0... Predicting football ain't easy. but they can be right at times❤
wow.....militao and court back in the team Is insane....and camivinga will be back as well.....vini and rodrygo are playing some of the best soccer of their career ....its scary the world is in their hand they can win us the 15th and we will have the quincera party in Spain
It’s a tough match, definitely not as these dudes are making it seem. By dismissing Bayern so easily. It’s still Bayern, and their history carries weight just like Madrid’s. But I believe Real will pull through and take this one. Siiiiuuuu!!!
Real Madrid will win the 2nd leg, I have already bet my life savings on it, 100% Guaranteed win. Real Madrid are a bigger, better club than Bayern, its our destiny
Anything can happen in football but Bayern are not a team right now with Tuchel making things worse with excuses when instilling belief is a must. A team showing up at the Bernabeau that are not a team, I don't know how they will keep it together. I feel like Real Madrid getting a draw was ideal for them & away at Bernabeau, even City did not want the 2nd leg to be there.
Bayern fans are strange in these comments? Could Bayern win? Of course! Should they get respect? Yes! But acting like Madrid isn’t the favorite and most likely to win is laughable. They have been the better team all year. The fact that it’s tied and Bayern has to win in Madrid is crazy difficult. If Bayern won the first leg 2-1 it’s different but now being tied? I just doubt Bayern can win. They have a chance and the pedigree but this is what Madrid does.
Madrid has an advantage as the home team. No one has an issue with their prediction. It's just amazing how they keep brushing off Bayern as they were a second tier team no matter who is facing.
Did you watch the first leg? Just to make sure: Bayern were playing in white with some red. Real was blackish. Important note: In the second leg Bayern will be black (bestia negra) and Madrid will be white. So be sure not to mix the teams up.
@@mathemen3011 yes, I watched the first leg lmfao. Bayern had possession (because Real wanted them to) and did a whole lot of nothing with it besides a brilliant solo goal and a penalty. The rest of the time they took shots from outside the box that were nowhere close. Madrid executed the game plan perfectly and did exactly what they needed to do. At home they will have the crowd behind them and the belief. Seems like you haven’t watched the CL for the past 20 years if you don’t know what Bayern is walking into. Walking into the Lions den with an injured team against a juggernaut that doesn’t know how to lose.
@@justincosing5227 Ah well, I watched these ties since 1987 and follow Bayern since 1978. Normally Real fans are more realistic than you. Bayern had a number of big chances (e.g. Sane after 2 minutes) and were controlling most of the game. You new success fans lack realism to see this.
@@mathemen3011 I’ve been watching for 25 years……… I know exactly what I’m watching. WOW the home team in a big tie had a big chance in the first minute? That’s what happens in games like this sometimes. Now it makes sense, you’re a Bayern guy and you’re trying to justify your squad. You were at home…….Madrid had players out as well and you had nothing to show for it. Of course you have a chance but in reality most know Madrid is going through. Good luck
Bayern's recent loss over Stuttgart in the Bundesliga was still quite mysterious, but ESPN is trying to predict PSG vs Real Madrid at the end, given the fact they had just won their domestic leagues right now, which means that after the 2nd leg at the Bernabeu, this year's Champions League Final will be a repeat of the 2013 ones, with Borussia Dortmund even winning it at last (while also ensuring Harry Kane's trophyless curse continues).
@@Ash-rx5wl But Dortmund is still better than Arsenal, another cursed bottlejob team. They had won the Champions League in the past (1997), while Arsenal didn't!
what are u crying about little guy, bellingham is most famous player in the world so putting him on the cover will bring more views, they didnt think it would bring barca fans
No, the main player and best players were Sane, Musiala, Laimer and Kroos. Vini got pocketed by Laimer and only scored thanks to Kim's mistakes. And Kim won't play the second leg, unless De Ligt stays injured
@@Shen-zhen-ef3jn In conclusion: he did not get pocketed. Kim is still a Bayern player. Vini had succesfull dribbles, managed to draw 3 to him at times, he dribbled past Sané and Laimer a couple of times whilst Laimer had to foul him, he created the chance for Rodrygo out of nothing, made a great run which led to the first goal and grabbed the motm. You can literally watch him dribble past Laimer multiple times if you search his highlights vs Bayern. You sound like a Barca or City fan, claiming players get pocketed whilst they're scoring goals against your team.
As an RM fan, of course i want them to win, but I respect Bayern, and their strength. So, i want RM not to underestimate Bayern, respect them, and play at the very best. I know RM can. Hala Madrid.
I don’t have a good feeling about Wed. Tuchel is crafty with his tactical changes and we saw him impact the game in the first leg. Musiala was also able to score lay well.
This was not mind games lol … stuttgart are 2 points behind Bayern they wouldn’t dare “play mind games” and potentially lose 2nd for CL. If that’s the case then they are definitely going into this tie with a losing mindset
And the injury was part of those mind games as well ? 😂 Madrid didn’t show up at Munich .. the result flattered Munich .. obviously in a semi final both teams have serious claims , but Madrid are clear favourites.. Madrid rarely doesn’t show up against top teams .. it’s usually against the smaller ones that they falter
But to be fair, you can’t be passive in the league and then expect to turn it on in the UCL… the results over the weekend for Bayern doesn’t build a positive going into Madrid.
@@simsvmusic it’s better than fake confidence because of 2 goal presents in the first leg and a win Over Cadiz. In my opinion real now is overconfident and Bayern is humble and clear minded but let’s see ! It will be a brutal game
I wouldn't write off Bayern, they've only got the UCL to play for and in that 1st leg they were the better team, hadn't it been for Kim's two defensive errors Madrid wouldn't have scored a goal, i think if they play a more defensive game in the 2nd leg they can at least take the game to penalties
Both teams only have ucl to play for. I think Carvajal being back will be great for the defensive aspect and the home crowd will allow the players to play with intensity. Will be difficult for Bayern
Well that’s a stupid comment if Kim didn’t make couple mistakes Real wouldn’t have scored, well the same can be said about Vasquez’s mistake and Lunin not making a save on Sane’s shot, that’s why the game is being played and the winner is decided by little margins and mistakes
Although Bayern is struggling with injuries but their main players are fit who make the difference plus de ligt will be back so don't underestimate Bayern.
I just can’t see Madrid losing at home. Over 2 games I could have seen Bayern advancing. But I thing they lost this semi-finals at home. I am a Dortmund fan, and I believe both German teams didn’t do enough at home to advance. I hoped for a rematch of the finals in Wembley 2013 between Dortmund and Bayern. But both will need to play the best games of their last years to advance.
This is the problem. ETH has actually made it worser by demanding Onana, Mount and Antony. They need someone who is prepared to work with current squad but that could take years.
Odds are in Madrids favor, after what they went through to get to this point I doubt they’ll miss this opportunity to make it to another final playing at home.
Sorry but did you watch the first leg?! the Bayern performance was in my opinion much stronger. These 2 goals for Madrid were gifted and Bayern will handle this with a substitution (which is now possible). Englands TV socker specialist are the new farmers now? 😄
You bet Madrid will win it. Real will show respect to Bayern for who they are and approach this game with great tactics. Bayern are a European giant but still not greater than Madrid. Real all the way you guys!!
Just bc Madrid have done it and won it, they never go in with that mentality, like the CL trophy is just handed to them. No team does! At this level it’s an all out battle till the last second! They can definitely win it of course, but so can the other teams, it’s why they are at this level and have gone through. With that said: Hala Madrid ❤
I think ESPN experts are right. Real Madrid are playing very well. They will be playing at home. Bayern are in an unstable position now. Real Madrid will beat Bayern and win the Chamipons league easily.
The second leg is definitely 50/50. I wouldn't be surprised if Bayern went through. Madrid would need to be at their best and not take Bayern for granted.
I am a Madrid Fan..and want Madrid to win.. But sometimes we're part of a storyline..and the best storyline I see right now is.. Bayern vs Dortmund Final, and Dortmund robbing Bayern of their only chance at a trophy to get redemption for literally handing the Bundesliga trophy last season! Oh what a story that'll be...
Bayern can spring a surprise even though Real Madrid have upper hand. I feel everyone underestimates Dortmund. Dortmund played well in 1st leg but PSG missed many chances as well.
It's gonna be a tough game for both teams no doubt,to say Madrid are the clear favourites is disrespect towards Munich...think about it..this Bayern team is consistently in the finals of the UCL's they have the European pedigree to go all the way and win the competition,as a madridista im positive we will give our all on Wednesday night and may the best team on the night win...HALA MADRID Y NADA MAS!!!!!!!
What would be the best midfield 4 R. Madrid could put out against Bayern Munich at the Bernbeau....... Kroos Tchouameni Valverde Bellingham Kroos Camavinga Valverde Bellingham Kroos Tchouameni Camavinga Bellingham 1...2...or 3?
I believe we will beat Bayern tomorrow, but it won't be easy. I hope Carlo gets his game plan right. The boys need to be proactive, not reactive all the time. Attacking, energetic, fast, not always defensive waiting for counterattacks.
I don’t think Bayern focus is on the Bundesliga As the tittle is lost for Bayern And Bayern will for sure get UCl Football And Bayern rested some players Against Stuttgart
@@nadirchahboun379What is that PR argument? RM could’ve lose the next 3 Laliga games and still win the league. Stop that weak mentality, Bayern are destroyed even more after edging a draw in their hometown when they know they HAVE to win against RM at their home. RM have the much better mentality and in the Bernabeu as well, Any football fans can see this it’s a common sense whenever you’re a fan/hater.
Maybe Real is the favorite and Bayern struggled in the Bundesliga ... but never underestimate this club. Bayern played 11 champions league finals ... more than any Club in the premier league.
Their estimation is fair. When you draw at home it means the other team will likely win the second match. But Bayern is unpredictable and Tuchel (for all his flaws) will be prepared to fix the defensive mistakes
Vinicius is the Main man of Real Madrid, why Bellingham in Poster ? Bellingham haven't scored in any important matches except the useless El Classico (which wasm't the title decider) Vini was the man who scored in all important matches including UCL KOs and Girona match. Ballondor for Vini.
Jude's late goal in elclassico was pretty much a decider because if Barca beat Madrid, the gap will be 5 points and they have a chance at the league title. But a Real Madrid win (because of Jude) made the gap to 11 points which killed all Barca hopes and secured the league for Madrid. But I agree with you that Vini was the main man for Real Madrid in the 2nd half of the season, and Jude's goals/assists stats slowed down compared to the 1st half of the season
This gimmick won't work with Real Madrid fans. Everyone here is a superstar. Everyone here has helped whenever needed. If you're this bothered about a thumbnail, no one can help you.
@@Chip_Fuse Vini must win Ballondor, he was close last time. My concern is English Media giving all the PR work to Bellingham, finally he might win it.
lol Madrid is not only going to win this game but the champions league the 15 you know what really Real Madrid is at Santiago Bernabéu los reyes de Europa
The better is to create one club or team from world best players' and then to play agains Real madrid in champions league.. and madrid again gona winn. ☠️💪🏾 DNA MLTY..
Laurens is delusional 😂😂😂😂 ...PSG has chocked it away for the last 10 years, what makes you think they wont this week? Im a mbappe fan but psg are not mentally or physically equipped for Dortmund. Hakimi was HORRID defensively as well and the midfield was stifled to the point Mbappe could see much of the ball
