Arda Guler is such a sad story and matches like that Clasico are just proof that Madrid clearly bought the kid to spite Barca. How is he not getting any minutes and how did he not play ahead of Brahim Diaz who had been out injured? I feel sorry for him that Barca tried to sign him because had they not Madrid would probably have not bothered signing him either and he'd be killing it somewhere forcing legit comparisons with Yamal.
@SantiagoGarza-bg9wp yeah but what I mean is that he's good enough to start for PSG, both Milan teams, Dortmund, Leverkusen, Arsenal. I feel like Madrid are mismanaging him like they did Odegaard.
He would be a starter in every team including Madrid but not for Carlo and that s the problem because let's be honest he is by far the most technical midfielder we have and easily the most talented player so the problem ain't him it's the manager
as great as madrid is its not the best club to go to as a young player even bale complained that he was the better freekick taker in training but all where given to ronaldo ,its better to go to a team that bcomes number 2 or 3 in the league than go for trophies you win on the bench
Toni Kroos leaving Real felt like when Xavi left Barca, the whole rhythm of the team have been changed, very hard for the coach to first acknowledge how much importance they had on the game and then act on it. I think it will take Real at least till January to settle on something.
They have prioritised midfield, just the wrong players. Valverde, Tchouameni and Kroos was a good midfield, now that Kroos is gone Bellingham has dropped into the midfield we're witnessing the problems unfold. Instead of Bellingham a Wirtz type player should have been brought in.
Look, I'm not saying that Brest will beat Real. What I'm saying is that if it does happen, the nationwide leader in vegetable distribution in France will gladly offer the Madristas the vegetables to throw at the players
Brest have really surprised me, some great results from a club I'm used to seeing mid-table in Ligue Un. Obviously Real will be favourites but stranger things have happened.
Ancelotti is so funny, the last time Barcelona beat them 4-0, Real Madrid was leading with 6-8 points, Barcelona was a struggling side and Xavi had just taken over. This time, Barcelona is top of the league, doing well in the UCL and they just beat Bayern. Ancelotti had not faced a team that could run the entire 90 minutes without taking a breath. Barcelona was all over them and they punched them when it mattered most. Barcelona scored 2 goals came in 2 minutes, Lewandowski missed 2 sitters in 2 minutes , Lamine yamal killed their dream of any comeback and Raphina just made them look stupid at the back. This Barcelona side are title contenders for every available trophy. What is even scary is Frenkie is not fully fit, Olmo is also not fit, Christensen and Araujo are still injured and they are using academy graduates. Imagine if they all come back from injury and the players who are coming back from injury become fully fit. Scary, Scary Scary😅
Ancelloti just got beaten by a better coach in his own home with a bunch of kids and he knows it He and courtois said the same thing when they lost vs Barca in the pre season game that madrid will easily beat Barcelona in la liga just like they did a few years ago but now they just found out that Hansi Flick aint Xavi Its just a matter of time before madrid will sack him
@@tayyab1614 do you think Mbaby has the ability to learn from his 8 offsides? Real Madjunk looks like PSG right now😆 Nobody that return from injury will improve them very much. Raphinha will eat Carvajal alive, Rodrygo will find himself with no chances versus Barcelona's defense. I can't wait for their next match. 7-0 this time? It's gonna be hilarious
The issue is that this Madrid squad has no depth. Don't get me wrong. They have a better starting 11 than City does, but what about the bench. No one. They should've gotten more youth prospects to replace key areas like defense instead of throwing all the bank at Mbappe. Now they'll have to suffer with the consequences
On defense yes, they need reinforcements. Didn’t really replace Nacho and Kroos. Don’t know why Mbappe is the issue. He will end up figuring it out. They got depth on the attack and somewhat in mid.
The reason Militao was caught upfield was tactical as it was a response from Ancelotti to not allow Olmo space to create. Problem is that’s exactly what Flick wanted and it’s why when people say Ancelotti relies on individual talent to win they’re not wrong. If Madrid played in the EPL they would be fighting for top 4. Without sound tactics a well organized and innovative manager (who also has money and talent and get a home and away fixture) would expose Carlo.
Ya'll modern day football fans have got so used to the strict, almost authoritarian archetype of a manager in the mold of a Pep or Klopp, to the extent that you look down upon on the classic type of a coach which Ancellotti is. This man has won far too much to warrant this much disrespect. Your favorite coaches have been whooped by Ancellotti teams, more than Ancellotti has lost. He adapts to what he has, not coming in with a set of beliefs he wants everyone to conform to. Its a different process but it has brought results. Put some respect on it. If Fergie could make it in PL, Ancellotti would, in fact, did ya'll forget about Ancellotti's Chelsea? Madrid is a team still recovering from losing the greatest passer of the ball since Xavi. It was never going to be a quick fix.
It’s clear that the team overall had to adapt with the loss of Kroos and also the injuries this season. I think for the midfield they lack a controller too much box to box players. And for defense they def need a right back to cover for Dani.
@CarlosRojas-hr6ms if he'd gone to City or Liverpool instead of PSG, imagine the damn player he'd be. With his talent + discipline and hard work, he'd trully be gunning for the Messi CR7 role
While a lot of channels are chasing the bullshit drama of Vinicius the Ballon d'or, you release this amazing analysis of the structural issues and poor decision making that has weakened Real Madrid. Congrats man!
It's not about targeting cheap players only. It's about buying right players for the club, for the right price at the right time. Unlike PL clubs, RM doesnt have the luxury of paying 2x of what the player is worth just to outbid someone. Laliga only has broadcasting revenue and no revenue depending on where the team finished in the table or if they win the title. Compare that to what PL teams makes even if they are 10th in the table. It's a night and day difference. That's why when ManU hijacked Leny Yoro deal by offering him way more money in wages and way more in transfer offer, they backed out of it.
They're missing a number 9 like Benzema. Joselu also did well. It IS early but it doesn't look good for them against great teams. A few more injuries and things get really bad. Barca would whip them 10/10 matches right now with children fresh out of La Masia🤷♂️
Real Madrid problem this season is first in the midfield. Not the defence. Defence is secondary. Kroos retiring is the biggest problem that Madrid will be facing now. Few reasons there. There is no one to properly drop between the centre backs and distribute the ball safely. You can see this seasons how much Militao (who really is not a good passer) is passing more, and Rudiger is trying to hit on the left wing with long balls. Kroos missing took safety from Madrid when Madrid had possession and overall safety and calmness in midfield. Let's make an argument here to discuss it further. Tchuameni is a defensive midfielder, and he isn't a good playmaker. Valverde and Camavinga are literal engines that can run so much. Great on the ball, and can do a lot. Still, they are not as safe as Kroos. Modrić is more progressive and attacking minded player, who can do that job, but he is old. Bellingham, as Madrid fan, wants to see him playing more as attacking midfielder than a deep lying playmaker. Arda Guler, even if he is a young and amazing player, Ancelottin does not play many young players. Which is bad for Madrid. So we can conclude that Kroos leaving is the worst thing that could happen to Madrid. Next is the attack. The attacking trio wants to play on the left. Mbappe, Vini, and Rodrygo are left wingers primarily. And we could see this season how much they overload on the left. Which is disgusting to watch. Not to mention how much shooting quality dropped. You could see this season how much they shot literally directly in the keeper or around him. No corners or risk-taking shoots. Defence is and was a problem for years. But due to the Kroos impact, the work rate of the midfielders, it wasn't that much shown. Now we can see how shit it is. Alaba injury is unfortunate. Militao literally can be the best and the worst at the same time. Mendy sometimes looks like he is fantasising about, spaces out and fucks up. Also, not that great in the attack. Lord Vasquez can have amazing games and have amazing impacts. And then like he flips and fucks up everything. And he is primarily right midfielder not a right back. Which means only one true right back. Fran Garcia, unfortunately, same as Arda Guler, don't have enough minutes. Carvajal unfortunately took the biggest hit with injury, and Madrid lost good presence in defence, attack, and leadership. Rudiger is probably safest person in defence... even tho he is crazy. Madrid have unbalanced team. Mbappe arriving brought unbalanced in the attack. Kroos leaving brought unbalance in the midfield and defence. What Madrid should have done was buying Haaland and Gvardiol, good left back that is progressive in the attack, something similar to Marcelo or Roberto Carlos (yes, standards are high) and young backup for Carvajal. With that fix, midfield would be safer, Mbappe wouldn't be the one in the attack, but a viking who isn't running on the wing every few minutes... Can Madrid do better now? Probably. But there needs to be sacrifices. 4-4-2 with diamond in the midfield would be great. Valverde on the right back, and Tchuameni, Camavinga, Guler, Bellingham in the midfield. With Vini and Mbappe/Endrick in the attack. Maybe 4-3-3, but again, Guler is in the right wing. Center Endrick or Mbappe wini on the left. However you look, Valverde needs to drop to the right back, unfortunately, and Guler is the one balancing the team. Ancelotti will probably never do that and give Guler and Endrick a proper chance to show what they can do.
he is such a madrid boy, always like to underestimate barca, I remember when barca destroyed vallodalid 7-0 he didn’t even mention it on its barcelona video dropped on the same day.
I'm sorry but probably either no one is accepting it or no one wants to see it, but, Mpabbe is another issue aswell. I am not saying he is not good, he is, of course he is, but he ruined the system a little bit because I watched Real Madrid matches and I always saw Mbappe and Vini at the left and no one at the middle. Basically they bought a new TV while they already have a perfectly working one.
City and Madrid have similar issues the only difference is City has somehow managed it from the attack as for Madrid both have issues. Sprinkles of tough matchups Many weak team matchups So many injuries Bad defense Defense now scoring Attack is getting bad (Haaland only exception) SOLE REASON -- Too many matches
City are really attached and really good in the dressing room as in socially and have great bonds. Barça has most players from the la masia because of the issues but that helps because it increases team chemistry. The players have been here for a long time and the understand the club. City only buy their kind of systematic players.
When Gavi held up four fingers to Vini, to taunt him over the four goals, Vini said: 'yeah but tomorrow I'm gonna win the ballon d'or.' It shows where the priorities of this team lie. Gavi loves his club and his team, Vini just loves himself. This Real Madrid team has no honor, or heart. Only pride. Happy to see it exposed so mercilessly.
This is false and a stupid lie .Do you even watch Real Madrid matches Vini fights for the badge every time. Were the fuck was Gavi when Vini was giving insane performances to take Madrid to ucl final.
Madrid didn’t need Mbappe and they still don’t. He only broke the chemistry they had. Mbappe wants to play on the left so much that it stuns Vini and the team. Madrid should have invested in the defense 2 seasons ago. If anything this shows how great Carlo is for lasting this long with no reinforcements to the defense. Personally if Mbappe can’t adjust to play the striker role he should be sold to recover some bonus money. Use that money to reinforce the defense and find a replacement for Kroos
same issue as the Brazilian NT, big names and individual performance but they don't mesh. Especially the midfield just doesn't ever seem to have any ideas when it matters or when they're stuck.
You Real Madrid fans are so funny and reactionary. Where were these concerns about defense at the start of the season? Back then it was just Mbappe will do this Mbappe will do that. So far into the season Mbappe, has dropped only stinkers. Even then Madrid was winning so it was all good until they got dismantled by Barcelona and now it's because of shit defense, no word on how Barcelona is the only team in Europe that managed to absolutely demolish us with a squad that was playing the worst football last season. Why don't you talk about how your big man, best player in the world was so rattled that he was embarrassingly caught offside 8 times by the same team that was in shambles last season? Funny you talk about only defense being the problem when in reality the midfield and attack is worse. The team has no midfield, Tchouameni is not good on or off the ball, and has no positional sense the perfect example of a brick laying unga bunga foul merchant. Valverde is high work-rate and a few good shots. Bellingham is a good box-to-box player but I don't think even he knows if he's a midfielder or striker. Camavinga is only good defensively. There's no technical midfielder with good football IQ and ability to control tempo, it is crazy to think that only Kroos and the fear that every opponent has for Real Madrid was the only thing winning us trophies. Modric is the only creative outlet and he is pushing 40. Ancelotti still doesn't use talents like Arda Guler because Papa Perez is obsessed with his Galacticos that has so far been absolutely disappointing.
Real needs a press-resistant controller and any sort of actually competent pressing structure. For a much of last year they’ve looked rather porous in defense - I remember watching the RB Leipzig game (6 March 2024) and thinking “HOW HAS OPENDA NOT SCORED?” Barcelona were better for much of some of the Classico’s even when they lost, and Dortmund was better for the first half in the final. This has become far too common, and let’s be real - Real has NEVER been a defensive shutout team. The biggest issue Barcelona showed is how bad their press is - it was SO easy for us to play through the middle - see Casadó’s assist for the first goal, Saturday.
My club needs Two top level defender next journey transfer. Militao is shit after injury and we don't have a proper RWB like Carvajal. Papa parez needs to spend some money now. And in attack we need tall and good shooting skill striker because RM is all about good striker with proper front 3 attack. Last session Joselu done the same thing late goals, late heading goals.
Short answer: -low chemistry between the players don’t make good performance -defence is in a crisis with (again) no chemistry -mbappe normally plays left wing but he is playing as striker
Madrid losing la liga is nothing wierd. The last time Real Madrid won two leagues in a row was 2006-2007, and after that, it was in the 80s (they won 5 in a row). They are a team that play long term as they play each game: Just putting enough effort to not concede to save energy and playing 15 minutes at the end for real to score (or to comeback). Is the same each season, they will just put effort the second half, they may win the UCL even if they had a bad season. That's why they will never win a Treble.
@@RnR1001Roberto Carlos won the World Cup 2002 and made Zidane Assist in the UCL final and Supercopa de España. He had 17GA for Madrid and 2GA for Brasil. R9 had 10GA for Inter Milan but had 8 goals for Brasil in 01/02. Point is just by winning doesn’t mean you are the best in the world.
@RnR1001 Dani Alves won 7 trophies in a season, wasn't even top 30. Also Varane won UCL amd WC, and no one complained that it went to CR7 instead of him
If you think this depth crisis is bad just look at Dortmund. We literally have no right backs left and one real center back (midfielders are having to be played as defenders because Sahin refuses to start youth players for some reason)
@@matiasescobar8730Real Madrid historically have never been good at developing great talents from their academy. They have always been good at signing outside players and developing them into world class talents. I believe, the only top level talent from their academy that they have had in the past decade, is Carvajal.
@@sreenivaskamath4243 And even most of their youth players who end up in the first team are players who stand out in other teams due to loans or sales and then return.
Real Madrid a team who showed that they are bad winners and even worse losers. Look at how they acted in regards to the ballon dor, like children throwing the rattle out of the pram. Vini Jr showed just why he was not picked as the best professional footballer, because he sadly lacks the professional part. Just like his teammate Bellingham who during the euros thought he was justified to make lewd and vile sexual gestures to an audience of millions that contained a large percentage of children. And the club jumped to his defence and justified his behaviour. That is what Real Madrid is all about, rewards the worse behaviour and claiming then to be victims somehow. They are just a joke, but one sadly with zero morals.
@Whopper20 so you think defending making disgusting sexual gestures towards an audience that contained a large percentage of children is something that should be defended? Or poor sporting behaviour and unprofessional behaviour as we seen by Vini Jr. That needs defending and is the type of behaviour that children need to learn from. Real Madrid are not defending their players bad behaviour they are enabling it.
@amrm612 please list the other players who threw the rattle out of the pram and didn't go to the Ballon dor because they didn't win. Complete lack of professionalism
Guys relax..it's way too early for panicking..yes we have been a little unlucky with the injuries but everything will turn normal in a couple of weeks..we had no preseason, players had a long summer and remember that next is another tournament in the summer that we definitely want to win. El classico would have gone the other way if we managed to convert our chances bit that's football.Losing to Barcelona is not a big deal,it was an off day. Hala Madrid.
Carlo is very conservative and doesn't trust the youth. We won't know what his response will be until AC Milan's match as we spare a thought for those in Valencia after the massive storm that hit this week.
Not true. Vini was at the last ballon dor when he was pretty high ranked. It’s clear they don’t want him to hold the ballon dor. Don’t know if it’s racism or what but I believe some foul play happened. Everyone says vini isn’t a classy player but besides diving a little too much NO ONE HAS ANY proof or evidence that he’s a dirty player. They all just continue to say he has no respect when there’s countless vidoes of him giving respect to opponents, countless vidoes of him giving respect to fans and even the badge of clubs. All of you just do yourselves a favor and just admit your racists. Will save a LOT of people a LOT of time
Aye yo this is cool and all but you know what video ppl are really waiting for. Get back in the lab my boy and drop that shit. We’re waiting on your perspective
We have many serious issues with our Real Madrid. There is a huge gap at our mid-center after the great Toni Kroos retirement. We have not yet found the right player to replace Kroos. After Carvajal's injury we are now not strong at our right back. Our offense is unfortunately not set even though we have top offensive players. We lack chemistry, cohesiveness and understanding. Maybe our problem is strategic and technical and we can blame this misfortune on our coach Carlo Ancelotti. On paper we were supposed to be invincible and unbeatable, but sadly we are far from this magical situation. Barcelona brought us down on our knees and showed us how weak we really are. If these very necessary corrections are not made very soon then we can kiss our La Liga and Champions League trophies goodbye. I also do sadly predict that this will be Ancelotti's last season in Madrid......he will definitely retire next June. We may start looking for a great and winning new coach.
Mbape is overrated, they didnt need him, they need a new modric to run games and make play in midfield, they have legs in camma and touche but not enough control, also rudigur is vastly overrated and dosent seem to know how to Marshall a back line.
mmmm… brother you’re good, I love your channel. But you’re off. I’m sorry but we TOTALLY dominated the first half of El Classico. There SO many chances that were missed, and so many chances that we all know would’ve been scored by Vini, Mbappe, and Bellingham. I’m sorry but I don’t think it’s how Mbappe is played, it’s his actual playing ability. He’s supposedly supposed to be one of the greatest players of this generation, but he’s not playing like that since moving to Spain. He’s getting outshined by Guler, Vini, Rodrygo, and Endrick. He’s playing like he’s never even though ed the ball. He’s made runs like the ones in El Classico SO many times in france, and he got like 6 offsides. HOW!? Vini and Bellingham aren’t safe either because come on, any other day they would’ve scored those exact goals EASILY. Belli wanted to score with his legs for some reason, and Vini had an off day. And in the defense it isn’t souly on Vazquez. It was highly on Rudiger and Militao for not marking Lewa PROPERLY, if not AT ALL. And that’s why we made all of those blunders. And Tchouameni was playing GREAT in El Classico, but should’ve pulled back into defense for GULER to then play. And I agree with you, I’ve been saying this for YEARS. Vazquez is a WINGER not a fullback, but they keep playing him and fullback, and it shows when he goes up to help the attack. He belongs to be up front, and that why we have him as an attacking fullback, but he doesn’t have that defensive ability. They also HIGHLY under using Fran as he also contributed SO MUCH to the attack going up. They’re also under using Endrick and what I think they should be doing, when Mbappe isn’t playing well, sub him out, and put in Endrick. Give Mbappe a wake up call to step up his game. We never needed Mbappe, and we showed that last season. But we did need that center forward/striker. Mbappe isn’t a full on striker, but he’s given master classes in that position. There’s nothing to really fix, because we have shown we can come back from ANYTHING it’s some fine tweaking and very stern talking to some of the players. I do agree we need more players on defense and need to start relying more on the academy. There are so many great young players we have, but they’re not being utilized and are actually being sold, and it’s such a shame. But we need to emphasize on defense because that’s what wins you trophy’s. Also Barca were playing really dirty getting like what, four yellows, and then diving the whole game to mear live taps. So they’re shady for doing that (I hate Barca so much). We could’ve easily had won El Classico, but this mistakes and untalented chances is what killed us. Good video, but you’re COMPLETELY off dude. It mostly sounded like you were saying stuff, just to say stuff. But anyways. Good video, but know your what you’re talking about first. CIAO!
