Funny story I THINK I have an RMC4 picture? I’ve never looked inside, the bottom is totally faded, the RMC logo on the outside hasn’t faded tho. Love that thing.
I liked the transparency of the 10, it seemed to color the tone less and let the guitar do the playing, and not the wah. But.....that 4 was ballsy as hell, LOVED IT. If I had to choose, I'd probably go with the 10, the 4 being a VERY close 2nd.
Honestly, just about any of them will work for that kind of sound because it falls in the middle of the sweep. You might consider a stomp box, like the JAM Seagull or the Daredevil Cocked + Fearless, to get that kind of tone. Lighter and a smaller footprint.
Quick question, was the rmc4 picture wah in bypass toggle on or off ? During this demo , also how well would it handle a red fuzz face germanium ,should it be before the wah or after ?
I didn't mess with the settings, so however it comes from RMC. As far as fuzz goes, you pretty much always want to put fuzz first with your guitar going directly into it. RMC's take fuzzes really well!
