Thanks for this!! Since the last few purchases, even a single use cuts my skin, that was purchased in a supermarket though and it is crazy!! Have been using this brand since 15 years and now i had started to hate them for poor business practice of reducing quality and increasing price, but now it seems like i may have purchased fake blades!!! Eye opener
I'm not sure what you mean by serial number but real blades should say Gillette on them the case that holds the blades should not have a serial number on them those would be fake the real case would be stamped with Gillette on them now I'm from Canada so unless they do it different in other places I'm not sure but here in Canada there's a stamp with Gillette on them and fake blades and the case they come in won't say anything
Problem is i know what to look for in a fake but when you buy them from eBay you don't really know what yeah getting till you open the pack and by then its to late ..
No Eric they are rubbish and hurt like hell , you feel like its taking a layer of skin off your face "& your end up needing a blood transfusion" .. Really mate if you see them stay well clear of them your not saving money because your end up not using them .. with the real ones you hardly feel like your shaving they glide over the skin and there soooo much better and last longer .
At a local store like Walmart for an example. Or if you do buy them online from Ebay or Amazon make sure it says "genuine" or "authentic" in the description. If they sold you knockoffs then you're able to get back your refund.
