REAL QUICKSAND? Silver Glen Springs Memorial Day Weekend (Astor Disaster)
We were invited by the Fools Gold Fishing Team to come over to Astor, Florida for the Memorial Weekend. They really go all out and do some amazing cooking and also during the day go to the different springs by boat. We went over to Silver Glen Springs one of the days and I took the boys to the sand boils (quicksand) and let them have fun! What a great weekend! I have been looking for a great video on the boils for a long time. It’s hard to explain them to people. When I was a kid my grandparents kept their boat at the docks there and we would stay Thursday-Sunday. My best childhood memories are from that Glen. Hope to make it back someday soon!

Awesome yeah I grew up there too, prob ram around together at some point, nobody really knows about them boils and I think it’s awesome to show people
