I mean we seldom see car youtubers clean their cars...its normally an outsourced task...I wished that they'd include more 'living-with' type videos on tips of cleaning and detailing other than simply taking them to Posh Wash or other companies...it was great to see Tom walking the walk...
If you go to Monaco outside of Top Marques and the F1, the cops aren’t really that strict but during those two events the amount of Supercars and people who descend into the city are ridiculous and 95% of them are revving the absolute piss out of their cars and holding up traffic and stopping at the F1 tunnel and doing launch controls and hitting 100mph before the end of the tunnel. You can’t really blame them for trying to stop that behavior, it apparently wasn’t that effective last year and that’s why they’ve raised the fine to 1000 pounds and I think a minimum of 7 days before you can get it out of impound unless it was impounded from the valet that only happened to a few cars and I believe they had them back that night and the next morning with no fine. If you go on a random weekend though it isn’t like that, you can get away with revving and being a little loud.
I’m shocked the police can take your car for just starting the engine and if the exhaust is OEM I don’t see how the police can say the exhaust is to loud to make it fair they should use a DB meter. It’s the french police printing money also all cars have the exhaust noise measured prior to production as the EU I’m sure put that law in place so in affect the police could be acting illegally. If that would be my car I would contact my MEP and check vehicle law.

I can understand clamping down on loutish driving behaviour but surely jumping on a valet for starting up is ludicrous, surely that’s going to put off visitors going to Monaco, perhaps that’s what they want!

After what I witnessed last year at top marques everything was bound to change, to many dickheads last year, but it's a shame people are getting impounded for cold starts, people need to remember it's Monaco tho and not Sloane Street
