The heel-toe offset is supposed to be like that. It’s the same as every other basketball shoe. The heel is always higher to help you push off the ground and have greater vertical movements up and down the floor.
@@confidenceoverfear7297 if you're going to go "by the numbers" and numbers dont lie, again you are absolutely correct.. but as time and usage comes into play, the materials used/abused and deteriorate, the numbers may show you what you're exactly saying but the feeling of it being higher would not necessarily be there anymore.. some people would go by numbers, the thing with that it several factors change it.. some people go by initial first feels, i actually test the shoes and take my time with them and actually get to know and feel if there are changes over time.. the occassion and situation im talking about is not an initial reaction.. this is a review overtime..
@bedakevin5553 first off bro, gotta tell ya, i love the question bro coz thats a hard one.. dont know if you've seen my review for the fission 8 but if u havent yet id highly suggest watching it also.. it all comes down to this, u wanna feel "quick" u go with fission 8.. both shoes may have double stacked shank plate but the difference with the F8's outer shank plate is the way it's shaped and how contoured the midfoot area is.. the spring back of the F8's is greater and much quicker than the ultra3's.. the ultra3's are also good in a sense where you would still feel fast with it but not as quick as the F8's.. Although the fit feels one to one, the ultra3's feel bulky in a sense and chunky on the bottom side compared to the F8's which feel lighter on hand and even on foot due to the fit..
@@shadesnsoles first 3 wears they felt ok, had some discomfort. But yday for my 4th wear it felt really good. I think I needed to break it in more for specifically my right foot. Despite the break in tho, since I been wearing them the traction is crazy and I feel surprisingly very contained in them. Gonna prob wear them for another week straight since it’s feeling good now
@@maurolinoignacio3615 theres a portion in the traction that dont work for me.. may just be me though.. only used it twice so far and both times were different gyms also.. and i been wearing the strength cushions on those, wanna try the speed one then pick out which one works best for me..
@@shadesnsoles I did feel like the traction got better each time I wore em. I tried the strength but felt soreness in my ankle which usually happens then I personally need more support in my arch. Now I’m just using the support midsole I had also purchased from SPO, it’s been good now
@@maurolinoignacio3615 nice... at least u figured out what works for you.. same here, a bit of soreness with the strength cushion.. il see how the speed one fairs for me..
