A Sehajdhari sikh can also be a true sikh. Too much emphasis on keeping long hair is wrong. A good person having clean habits leading a clean virtuous life can also be a true sikh even supporting short hair. Even Guru Gobind Singh ji had said that " Mainu Sikh pyara nahin sikh di rahat pyari hai."

Sikhs getting amrit doesn't mean the amrit of Indian texts it means getting initiated into khalsa and properly following faith and devoting your life to guru. We don't believe in heaven or hell. We We believe in reincarnation but we want to break away from rebirth and be one with God.

@@billubhai5644 well there were many saints before guru sahib but their spiritual knowledge was not shared so people were left with not moksha but only rituals. Guru ji organized a panth ( creed ) to propagate the message. This can also answer the question of why there are saints of other religion in Guru Granth Sahib Ji Maharaj. 👍🏼🙏

If you trim your beard it really doesnt mesn anything .. its contradicting to the belief..am I right??? Everyone has the right to do whatever they wish..but lets remember logically, hair is dead..scientifically it doesnt make sense..its like "an old wifes tail" kind of thing....

i am an atheist (from sikh background only) still i have to keep my hair for my parents i love them very much if they want me to keep my hair its totally fine but yaa its totally illogical to die just for hair. Truth is always bitter none wants to listen. Keeping long hair and beard is itself a headache for me but i have to do it for my family otherwise they will not live with me in future (actually they are very religious) atheism on top🗿🗿⚛️⚛️

@guriop123 , well I promise you, there IS something HIGHER & GRAND , I use to be an atheist, after my father passed, A medium told me things ONLY my dad knew between us, I was literally BLOWN AWAY!! energy lives forever my friend..
