Those raised garden beds look like they will provide you with a lot of good food, well done. One of the things i did wrong when i first started growing everything was planting stuff i really did not care for that much but i got caught up in gardening fever and slowly corrected that over time. First success the first year was a 108 pound pumpkin that our 4 year old could hide in.

I’m fighting with a Freeze dryer you can buy vegetables or whatever out at the other farms or something special at the store freeze it. The freeze dryer is so much fun but it’s also saving me money and I’ve only been doing this since the end of November 1 part of December. I’ve been freeze drying ground beef. I also cooked it first. I cut it off special and I bought some roast on special. I cut it up and cooked it up so I can put it in super whatever. And protein meats are very expensive to purchase already freeze dried, so this is been in Normas savings for me. I have freeze dried soups and leftovers. It’s been awesome so get some other thoughts even though you cannot maybe produce enough from your own little garden. You can buy things on special at the store other peoples home gardens that they sell think about it.

Simple Living Alaska is a very informative channel about gardening and putting up veggies and meat for the winter.

The raised beds should work out fine for ya'll, alot of food can be produced in them. Id plan a high tunnel though for big canning and preserving projects, more volume, and choices. Love ya'll ❤️

AGREED. You can do greens year round. Swiss Chard and Spinach in the summer and Tatsoi and Mache lettuce in winter.

I understand that you are wanting more space for gardening. Limitations on space with good extended sunlight. You have 500 to 550 square ft. In the city people establish gardens on top of builds. Give some thought of locating two 3 ft x 40 ft beds on top of livestock building for another 240 sq ft. Would need a boardwalk for gardener from heat from metal. Would plant low profile plants due to wind. (potatoes carrots etc.) Just food for thought.

Is there any tree companies in your area? Many would gladly dump wood chips at your property for free. They have really helped my garden in the last 6yrs I have been useing them. Also if you ever want to grow berry bushes or fruit trees get them in the ground now.

you want to consider installing a fence to surround your garden otherwise the wildlife will decimate it.

How can the other channel be your "main one" when it only has 7.5K subscribers and only 7 videos, and this one has 59.6K subs with 387 videos??? Why the confusion???

Romans 8:31-34 King James Version 31 What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? 32 He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things? 33 Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth. 34 Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us. Gods blessings over you
