I saw this coming but here is the difference; I was unable to prepare like you did. I've been following you for a few years now. I am an ex-Core team member. Even your free content holds much value. Therefore, I do not even look twice at your cost. I have been wanting to speak with you for some time now but had no success. I am at this current time forced to now have to wait. In the meantime, for your transparency and willingness to share what you had to adapt, learn and risk is a huge transition for O. G's like us who have been in the retail side! :)
Daniel, I work as an independent mlo for a broker. When I started back in 2021 I jumped in and focused on refinancing during the low rates. Myself and a couple other MLOs pooled our money and used billboards for the bulk of our business. The question is what do I do in this market for leads? I've made some connections with relators however this market that has dried up as well.
