one of the best how to vid,s i have seen. good job and yes there is always one lol only thing i have done different is to hold the pto belt with duck tape.. great vid 71 yr old man here
Thanks for showing this. I have to put a spindle on my neighbors older super z 66 this afternoon. Surprised you're not running cordless impacts. I love my Milwaukee impacts. I have a 1/2" m12 stubby and 1/2" m18 mid torque. Haven't found a situation yet where I needed the high torque one.
Do you have to remove the blades first? I hit a stump and cannot get one of my blades off! I need new spindles anyway, so can I drop it worth the blade on it?
@@sclawns5257 sorry not sure which question your saying yes to. So I have to remove them first? Or I can drop them with the blades on the spindle? Thanks in advance!
I can’t find it either right now but what I did was go on Amazon and I got the spindles with the blades I said three and they were called 8TEN lawn razor blades. I searched for 60” hustler super Z
@@sclawns5257 Thanks for the reply...I did that also, they sent me the set of three and the diameter was too wide. I have a 2008 model (Serial # 08022629) and based on the research I did it looks like they changed the spindle sometime in 2007 (Serial # Higher than 0702000). The research is pointing to part #796235 if your serial # is above the 0702000. I just can't find any dimension specs on it prior to ordering to ensure proper fit.
