Maybe half of that actually pay taxes at the end of the year. so that means if you flat line tax payers, so they all pay the same every tax payer in the US would have to pay a tad over 13,000 a year in taxes, just to cover student debt. you would probably have to double that number to include free college education. Let's just call it 20,000. that's what every taxpayer has to pay just to provide free college education. We haven't even talked about free government Medical. Bernie Sanders is a super nice guy from what I've seen. But he is not an economist. And any Economist would tell you, socialism doesn't work for a reason. There are a handful of countries that are doing okay with socialism and they're not even 10% of our population. I agree with a lot of Bernie Sanders opinions. But his opinions are not what are going to matter. It's his policies. It's what he actually does. And what he actually wants to do will not benefit this country.

It's not that simple. I recall once when he went after her in response to her going after him and she basically gaslighted him and played it like he was being aggressive for no reason. He is better off not being aggressive with Hillary because one of his main selling points is his positive campaign attitude. And the sort of people who might switch between Bernie and Hillary are not well-informed enough to see the nuance in Hillary manipulating a Bernie attack to look worse than it is. It's way too easy for Hillary to play the gender victim card and Bernie's campaign is not the type to fight that with fire. Were he a black woman or something, then sure, he could throw fire nonstop and get away with it. But Hillary shamelessly uses her gender to bolster her campaign numbers and since Bernie is an old white man, he can only get away with being so aggressive. As it is, the attacks already sent Bernie's way, and especially toward his supporters, have been disgusting, to say the least. The "bernie bro" bullshit, for instance. I think better than Bernie making attacks is his supporters doing their best to make sure that people on the fence are informed about what kind of dirty shit Hillary is pulling.
