It Shows that his attention to was undivided to the situation. For the purpose of professionalism, please next time try to ensure that the people you show on video are not on their phones. Assuming they have to attend to their phones for important matters, they can step aside first and then resume being on video later.

Is it not the court to decide sentencing a person found guilty? 3. Why is that an army officer the one to act as arresting office and passing sentencing? 4. Or is the Ugandan Law?
