I just had to comment on what YouSurf said. Last summer, when I went to Kazakhstan for the Arnau concert, I met Marat Aitimov, who taught Dimash at the Aktobe Music College. To settle this question - is he originally a tenor who extended his range lower or is he a baritone who extended his range higher- I asked him about Dimash’s early teen years, whether he trained Dimash as a tenor or a baritone. Without missing a beat, he answered immediately, tenor, absolutely tenor. Regarding Dimash’s songs in English: the very first one he sang was Show Must Go On, on Singer 2017. His English consisted of a few phrases at the time so he learned it phonetically. Still I admire the voice, art, and showmanship and forgive the pronunciation mistakes because I can well imagine how I would sound if I were to try singing in Kazakh. The next one was Adagio, also on Singer 2017, an absolute marvel! On the same show he then performed All By Myself and a Michael Jackson tribute. Later songs include Hello, the Lionel Richie one; Screaming (premiered as a music video, and then performed as variations upon it, the best one being his performance at Idol Hits); Restart Love and When I Believe in his mini-musical Phantacity; My Heart Will Go On; and all his later fast-paced songs: Lay Down; Give Me Your Love; Golden; and I’m sure I’m missing some...
Music is universal you don't need to understand what he is saying, he just draws you into his song. That's what a great singer he is, he gives so much emotion into the song and his stage presence is awesome I call him the 8 wonder of the world. Dimash Bravo Dears from Singapore God bless you Dimash abundantly. 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯👋👋👋👋👋👋👋👋🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
@@dorothyyeotanhar969 an insult to lyricists and librettists everywhere, and simply not true. I particularly love to hear Dimash singing in Russian and Kazakh, not because I speak or understand those languages, but it is obvious in his performances that he does.
Dimash is a tenor... but one who can sing as a baritone if he chooses to ... serious training. Listen to his 'Across Endless Dimensions' for a taste of that lower register. Of course he goes hypersonic at the end, but that's Dimash for ya.
@Eugenics 2020 We are all different, and our souls are akin to musical instruments, and are also tuned in different ways. The song “Your Love” is, for my taste, the best song in the collaboration of Igor Krutoy and Dimash.
Across Endless Dimensions is NOT composed by Krutoy!. It is th OST for the Italian sci-fi "Creator: the Past". Which is amazing!! The international premiere was set back from March because of the Corona Virus...but the soundtrack album was just released a couple of days a go by Sony...
Dimash sings in English - most popular songs are - All By Myself, Hello, Mademoiselle Hyde, Adagio, and a new soundtrack Across Endless Dimensions, and many others...
He needs help with his diction, to be more clear. Don't try to work on his accent, don't try to make him sound more American. I don't think he needs that at all. He's not American, so he can sound like himself. Other than that, good reaction.
@Eugenics 2020 His pronunciation has improved greatly since 2017, and continues to improve. Therefore, everything flies its course, there is no need for concern about this.
he should really improve his english accent,i am a big fan of him but if he wants to reach the english audience he still has to work with his accent! For me it bothers me to not be able to understand some parts of his english songs without subs! Vocally it sounds amazing, but i would love to understand easy the words of the song without needing subs!
@@satirikos1234 But I don’t understand his song if it’s not in Russian, and it doesn’t bother me at all. And I don’t need subtitles to understand Dimash. All that I need, he tells me not in text, but in his voice.
I'm absolutely sure, that some American or English guy couldn't sing in Kazakh or Russian without accent 🤣But give a little time, Dimash in progress now👍.
I just love his "Dinglish" hahahha....it makes him so unique and special....please react to his brand new song Across Endless Dimensions...this is soundtrack for the movie Creators and it is beautiful song with surprise at the end...of course....he always has some surprise for us Dears :))))
Agree. Nobody knows Dimash's voice as well as Dimash himself. If he says he's a tenor, he is what he says he is. I don't understand why people need to argue about it. It's not going to change his voice or the way he sings no matter what.
Dimash in an interview with a Turkish blogger to a direct question about the length of his vocal cords confirmed that his vocal cords are much longer than that of an ordinary person. Well and yes, he said that he studied as a tenor. And yet he said that it’s completely human ability to develop your range 3 octaves up, and 3 octaves down :)
You are a good reactor, you have a good voice too. We love his Dinglish, so it's ok. 😁. Try his Across Endless dimensions, movietrack next. A haunting beauty. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-URzRV4b7GlA.html
I say this with quite a bit of levity, "Don't you dare touch Dimash's accent!" LOL! Honestly, I find his accent to be very charming. Also, I love watching your enthusiastic reactions and look forward to your insights. Thanks!
Dimash é incrível! Fantástico! Fenômenal!! Único! Mágico! Genial! Inigualável! Música Linda de Lara Fabian ! Orquestra extraordinária! Maestro Igor Krutoy, fantástico! Dimash e o maestro Igor Krutoy são espetaculares e imbatíveis juntos!! 👏🏼👏🏿👏🏿👏🏻👏🏽👏🏾👏🏻💞😍😍🎶🎶🎶🇧🇷🇧🇷
Dimash has said that he is a tenor and that his vocal cords are longer than normal. I hope he never loses his accent. There`s enough singers singing in American English in this world. And I`m happy that there is, but you know, it is so refreshing to hear something else for a change. :)
Great reaction as always. It´s interesting how you analyze his voice. Please react to his newest song "Across endless dimensions" the soundtrack of the movie "Creators: the past". The premier should have been in march but due to the virus it´s postponed.
Beautiful! song, Loved it! 😍 Dimash - one person who makes millions of people happy! He makes me happy even in these challenging times for us all!!! 😍 Thanks for your reaction👍
What an interesting, instructive reaction, thank you very much ! Awesome song, really. I would love to watch your reaction to Dimash´s " Across endless dimensions" . It´s the OST for the movie " Creators the past", an Ialian movie . It´s really impressive, I think. Greetings from Austria !
I love dimash accent it's different and new Don't try to change him he's better the way he is ... If doesn't sound like any other American singer then so what ? He's much better than in his accent
All these reactors always comment on his accent and I don't understand why. I love his accent it adds colour to a boring language like English. There have been singers over the years who have accents and you can hear it in their songs, yet no one complained about it. Dimash is not an English speaking native and I would guarantee that if anyone else from the English speaking countries tried to speak another language they would not be able to pronounce said language diction. Dimash does not need Americas approval to be a big star, he already is huge without America and the English speaking countries. I would suggest you all just sit back and enjoy this journey with this beautiful young man and stop complaining that you don't understand when he sings in English, that's why the internet invented subtitles, use them.......Oh and his accent is sexy AF.
@@ramseyvoicestudio me too, the English language is hard and in some countries there are certain letters of the English Alphabet that are hard to pronounce. As I said sit back, relax and enjoy this young man it will be a long time until someone else comes along that is anywhere near his capabilities.
Mira Petrella agreed! In truth I often get so caught up in his voice and the emotions he is relaying that his language becomes irrelevant. I speak only English and I get equal joy out of listening to him either belting out of my car radio (without subtitles) or watching his face when viewing his videos (even with subtitles) Dimash’s voice and emotive renditions alone transcend language barriers and should be enjoyed just as they are...perfect!
Awesome reaction. Thank you! 👏👏😍😍😍❤️❤️❤️ Dimash never ceases to surprise and amaze us! He sings very difficult songs with huge vocal ranges and many key changes , sings them beautifully and makes it look effortless! He has another new song out. It is an OST for a science fiction movie Creators:The Past. The song is called Across Endless Dimensions. Please react to it!
THANK you por tu hermosa reacción. ,!!!!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤🇦🇷🇦🇷🇦🇷🇦🇷🇦🇷🇦🇷🇦🇷🇦🇷
You really make it easy to understand HOW the Master of Voice/Dimash does what he does! I have listened and watch this video so many times I know the lyrics, it is beautiful, the music is fabulous, the stage (as always) is beautiful, but, Our Man Dimash is breathtaking !!!
Eugenics 2020 it doesnt matter every country has different accents, I can understand him just fine. And i am sure there a lot of us. People who speak a second language have no problems with this, it’s only the people who can only speak english that have issues.
CCP Propaganda agent I dont even know what does that have to do with anything. But calling people fools for their opinions when you only speak english sounds a little trollish to me. Have a nice day! Dont bother replying.
Hello Dimash's mother tongue is Kazakh .... could you sing a song in that language and in perfect pronunciation? ... I don't think so 😏.... those little details in the English pronunciation in Dimash are not very important ... but well your analysis ...🙋♀️
I love how excited you are! Thanks for reacting to this one! :) If you want to see one of his best performances, check out Adagio too! His accent there is not that great, but I assure you, it's worth it.
Maestro Igor Krutoy on the piano is the joint composer with Dimash of this song, words by Lara Fabian and the arrangement is by Erlan Bekturin, Dimash's "brother"/ best friend. Backing vocals are Dimash. This was sung at the Kremlin Palace at an event for a famous Russian fashion designer, hence the red suit with gold silk lining. The performance was a gift from Dimash for International Womens Day, and it was between two of his solo world concerts. Dimash is always a very busy boy but his remaining 4 concerts have been postponed until next year because of the covid-19 pandemic. Stay safe everyone.
Naming your voice type in the classical genre depends a lot of the tone you are singing the notes, not so much the range. I have a female friend who can support very low notes, but the tone isn't the rich, warm sound of an alto. Some tenors can sing very low, but that doesn't make them baritones. Naming the voice type isn't really that easy, that's why vocal coaches get confused with Dimash's versatile voice. They are just trying to put a name to his tone of singing, it doesn't depend on the range. Some classical singers change the name they label themselves many times during their lifetime. There will always be a teacher who thinks you are not a tenor, even if many others have said so. There are many kinds of ways of teaching singing, it depends whether you learn in France or in Russia etc so please be kind to different opinions.
It is clear you really like Dimash, but as an American, I can say point blank - I do NOT want Dimash to be American!!! Let him be himself and don't change him! I can listen to a song in Kazakhstan, Russian, Chinese and understand it based on his interpretation of it and the music - that is all I need.
He is actually doing a surprisingly great job with his English pronunciation considering 3 years ago he knew only a couple of words and had to learn English lyrics phonetically. Kazakh (Turkic language group) or Russian (Slavic) which he speaks fluently too are both from completely different language groups opposed to English. There are nearly no similarities in the "sounds" whatsoever. It's extremly hard to reproduce sounds that simply don't exist in your own language. I know many people that speak a language grammatically perfectly have a huge vocabulary and great pronunciation but there are some language specific sounds where you usually can hear they are not completely right when the person comes from a different language group.
Wow...Your reaction is candid, credible and one of a kind. Your way of making reactions is so cool... You give hope and inspirations too... As to Dimash, he is the New Standard for Vocals..... Hi, I am your follower, a Juris Doctor from the Philippines...
your reaction is the best maaaaan) nice to see you) we, the Dears, see EVERYTHING, every nuance in the reactions - and your attention to the smallest moments of the song is very important and visible) we love you for that !!! You look like a typical American, but your eyes are much more intelligent)
Who cares what type of voice Dimash has it. Nobody can't sing like him. He's delivery like a pro, like the best person in the world and he fill's the people's hearts with a lot of peace and emotion DIMASH❤🤗❤🤗❤🤗
@@Shvedyuk Try to read again..because maybe you didn't get the point. I just said nobody is good as Dimash. He can sing everything he want's to in any language. I"m a dear and I adore him!
WHY THE DISCOLORED screen that shows the video except the top and bottom that promotes you??? I can understand if you want to do it at the beginning but I would rather see a clear video of what you are reacting to.
Lol you make me laugh. Yes, Dimash will always have problems with his pronunciation. As a teacher I have worked with a number of Ukranian and Russian students, and at best, their pronunciation is fair. But certain sounds are almost impossible to perfect. Dimash works very hard at better pronunciation but his heritage will always reflect in his accent. But, Dimash speaks perfect Dinglish. And if you are a fan, you become very forgiving lol. Take care
Before corona i spent 2 to 4 hrs a day listening my new found singer idol dimash, and now that i am locked up at home, i spent most of my time 24/7 with Dimash Covidbergen.....GOD HEAL THE WORLD!!!
Just going to add something because I know that your comments aren't ill-intentioned. English and kazahk are totally different languages, especially in placement, example the letter h in their language has a k sound in the front of it ( my throat hurts trying to do it, lol) and some letters are pronounced far back in their throat, (amongst other things which I could write a whole essay about). I'd therefore give him some time. He's massively improved since 2017 and since he's working on actually speaking English he'll get better. I think it's only diction that needs improvement and if he works with a native speaker he'll be golden.
Thanks Ramsey, for your reactions to Dimash!......This performance was in the Kremlin Palace Russia. New Song “Your Love” , Music of Igor Krutoy (the men at piano) and lyrics by Lara Fabian is a Masterpiece make for Dimash. amazing voice and perfect voice: belting, mix voice, chest voice, falsetto, vocal fry, Stacattos, rock style, operatic style, pop balade From F2 to C#5 mix voice, C#5 full chest voice, staccatos (F6) and a awesome belt voice. Absolutely mind blowing!!!! Ending with amazi,ng F#5o for 17 seconds.. Three KeyChanges song. Wow😮Greetings from a Mexican Dear! 😘😍😘🇰🇿🇲🇽🇰🇿
Its insane how he not only has complete coordination on the cricothyroid and thyroarytenoid muscles to go low and high, but he is appogio is crazy as well (notice how even when he knees, he doesn't press down on his ribcage and low abdominals) . Mastering laryngeal positions can also take years to develop since it is a reaction of the appogio (and not pushed) and you must breath a certain way to get the right positions, yet he does it flawlessly, even in the low position, (the hardest to abduct) he has the abduction and the correct resonance on the notes. Indeed 5 stars 🌟.

Oh my WOW always soooooo good Dimash, fantastic singer, very nice reaction. Do you know he has a new soundtrack song in English "Across Endless Dimensions"?
Please react to his latest new song Across Endless Dimension. This song is shocking good mind blown. I like your reaction well said very detailed and I subscribed to your channel. 💯💯💯💯💯👋👋👋👋👋💓💓💓👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹😍😍😍😍💞💞💞💞
This song just gets into you more and more you listen. Dimash's rich baritone....his incredible breath control. But more than anything....he sings with real conviction. He draws you in. And there is no pretense. He invests in every song. Fully. Just wondering why you fog out the screen over Dimash. Ok next.....the latest...well, actually from 2017...but just getting released now because it's connected to an Italian Sci/fi film that came out in March. Across Endless Dimensions. If you could react to the song would be great. May I ask too that you let songs play out in their entirety before commenting. We're not all vocal students here. thanks for your reaction to Dimash. He is a rare treasure on this Earth.
The mixed voice stuff Dimash does here is just so amazing. I can usually sing along to most of his stuff but this is just beyond me from the start. 11:38 that note is incredible, and incredibly hard to hit so beautifully as a man, with such power and projection. I have no doubt that was the hardest part of this song for Dimash
I don't get why they want him to change his accent duhh he's not American and he doesn't need to be and didn't sound like any of those American singer but better They just want him to sound and pronounce like any other American singer which is not cool Let him be like he is ...
Thanks for reacting to Dimash .... you are wrong ... the pianist is the author of the melody of this beautiful musical composition and Lara Fabian is the author of the lyrics and Dimash is an extraordinary interpreter ...
@@ramseyvoicestudio You are right Ramsey... it is a good way to react without having preconceived criteria of an interpreter ... thanks for being authentic, and if it can help, I will give you information about Dimash ... greetings.
Thank you for your reaction to this Epic phenomenal song by powerhouse par excellence singer Dimash. He truly is the cultural icon of the 21st century, the best of the best voice ever. ❤️🥰🇨🇦
