If they were as comfortable as the real ones, then I wouldn't care if they are fake, but that is why you pay a premium. You pay more for the higher quality.
I’ve got rep shoes that are better quality that my retail shoes. Unless you can get retail you might as well get good UAs because most resale are probably UAs anyway

Most people don't realise how marketing works. Hype sneakers are made to be a marketing tool for the brand. Therefore if you buy hype sneakers you get ripped off twice. Once with higher price tag and second with the free advertising that you do for the brand. A great example is the adilette 22 slides. Overpriced, uncomfortable, made out of cheap material... The Adidas Adilette Comfort slides are way more superior and made with better materials and cost a lot less than the 22...
Adidas adilette comfort is super comfortable, better materials but it is not long lasting, in 6months the comfy parts already fall apart 😑 while other cheap adidas sandals the one without glue is strong as fck. Indeed hurts your foot for a few weeks, but the slide stay for 3years 😌
I mean there are gonna be more than one kind of fakes for the same shoes out. The differences you pointed out don't really cover every other fakes. So you don't do this kind of video "just to protect people", you curious then curious no big deal, it just doesn't really help in terms of "protecting people"
You likely got a bad batch. Soon these are gonna be more comfortable rep wise. I feel like alot of shoetubers don't realize that there's batches and different quality of reps.
i think they do know about batches, but they arent willing to take the quick sec to study good and bad batches? $30 was too much for an adilette slide, think ive seen them for 120 yuan here and there. i think we need a shoetuber to buy ljr/pk/fk batch everything.
I already chanced on some pairs of these that are 0.90:1 can’t really tell the difference. Some Sneakerhead male ego just can’t be quashed when it comes to fakes with an open eye reps and retail are the “same” there really are just bad ones. But once you get the hang of The “Rep Hustle” you get to find real gems

It's literally just them wanting to hate towards something that's exactly the same that other people are getting for less that are likely coming from the same sweatshops. It's insane how brainwashed people are. Just buy whatever you like- we shouldn't be held back and have to soend thousands on a single pair of shoes. It's crazy to me how wack the shoe game is and how it's about how much something is now- which is why I buy reps.
I watched an Adidas Boost foam "documentary" the engineer said that pigments will physically change the softeness of the Boost foam. My guess, that's why the fake slide is harder with the Durometer, and why the original slides come lighter colors.
