Definitely gone try take first 30 to hour getting dolled up for my job and mental health.

I am learning to take social media breaks even tho social media is my job and way to make good income which I’m learning to do. My small goal is first 15 minutes not on phone. Do my skincare and morning coffee and teeth. Take breaks eating and showered and dressed. And journaling for 10 minutes on my phone notes section. My sleep is fucked up cause my online job as sex worker. But I’m trying create routines I do regardless of sleep. I’m praying for more sleep but it work in progress. Being gentle with myself and dirty intermittent fasting 16:8 and workouts daily on my stationery bike and treadmill. I lost 10 pound. And next goal get from 221 to 210. Thank you for this video. You are beautiful and inspiring.
