random thought but, one day fox will watch every video you’ve made, and will see his whole life in front of him that must be pretty cool

Sarah on her period: smashes a full-on workout meanwhile me on my period: laying in bed in pain, not able to move, watching this video 😂

I can recommend to not let your little kid watch tv. It pays off that our kids did not get used to it as an daily option, cause now at the age of 4 and 6 they watch tv from time to time, but were able from an early age to create and play on their own and we barely ever hear them say: "I feel boring, don't know what to do...". Yes, it was tough sometimes as every childhood is for parents, but totally worth!! ;) My words are not meant to make others feel bad about turning on tv for their littles, everyone has to make own decision. We love how it turned out for us and the kids not starting tv too early and the past weeks we didn't had a moment, were the kids felt boring and didn't knew what to do, with makes me so thankful! Good luck for everyone as everybody is stuck at home like ... everyone around the world - crazy...!

As a girl that didn’t grow up with a dad, it absolutely melts my heart to see him with Fox!!!! I’m the same way when I see my husband with our girls! Seeing a dad, actually being a dad, AND being happy about it, is the most precious thing! Sadly, because there is quite a few that don’t. But Kurt is suuuuuuch an amazing dad and it is precious! And yes, you’re also an amazing mom too! You are phenomenal! But I have a soft spot for dads just being a dad! You are both REALLY great! 💜

My boyfriend and I have been keeping up with your Ebook “Sweat it to shred it” with you and we have been absolutely loving it. I never knew how much I honestly needed your ebook in my life. It has changed my view on working out, especially from home. So I just want to say thank you. Thank you for changing my life in this way, it’s something I really needed as I was struggling to find my balance with working out and honestly just my life. I always go in spurts when I workout and I never fully loved it so I would stop and then get back into it months later and start all over again (it never was very long that I would stick with it). It was a recurring thing and a never ending cycle. And now, I know my workouts, I know what I have to do and I stick to it. I especially love doing these workouts while you do it as well because I love to see your input and how you enjoyed your workouts. It’s just really been therapeutic, and I’ve needed that in my life, especially during isolation. Anyway, I doubt you will see this post but if you happen to read this (congrats if you’ve gotten this far lol), I just want to say thank you. 💕 PS, I love your American “accent” even though I swear we do not have one 😂

I’ve been going to the gym and trying to lose weight for almost a year now without losing 1kg if anything putting on weight. 3 weeks into sweat it to shred it and I’ve lost 3kg, I know weight isn’t everything but even my husband said I’m looking good and I’m feeling so good. I’m actually kinda shocked.

When she growled at her seatbelt in the car I completely related. Also, loved the little fashion show - it reminded me of the dance nights Sezzy and Kurt used to have at their first apartment 💖

I’m a doctor and It’s 3:30 pm here and I’ve been working since 5 am non stop. Finally had a break and this came exactly on time 😻 thanx Sara!

I feel like social distancing and isolation has been really great for my partner and I's relationship. Spending so much time together has really strengthened our bond so I can see how it's helped you feel like a better mum. Also have been loving SITSI!! It's giving me tasks to do which I find really helpful with this situation

I wish I could be as positive as you are about this lockdown. I am really not doing ok, which is weird because I am a single mum but I live with my family so I shouldn't feel lonely, but this is the worst I have felt in a long time...and your probs thinking, well your probs missing your friends, but I dont have friends really, I have one person but I havn't seen them since january, ever since having my daughter so young and youtube becoming my job and not being in school I have had no friends and I have been home alone 13 hours a day, yet right now, with 5 other people in the house, I feel terrible and I know staying in is the safest thing for my family and others but it is really hard and I wish everyone would follow the rules so this can be over sooner becasue I know I'm not the only one struggling x

I can 100% relate to being more productive when doing at-home workouts! I've always been a really busy student, even more so now that I'm at college and I got to a point where I thought it's just not possible to be fit and do well in all my classes at the same time but that completely changed when I was honest with myself and realized the inconvenience of driving to gym was what stopped me from working out/took too much time away from studying. I have never been more in shape than now and I workout 100% at home. As much as I love gyms I just know that they aren't for me since I want to do too much else in my life. So glad you've also discovered the wonders of doing at home workouts :)
