Thank you so much GYAN! But I use photo-reference as model. I am buying extended license of royalty free professional pictures. I always mention the photographer's name in the description when I publish my painting. Actually, this is a real person!

Amazingly lifelike. Every time I attempt a portrait it just turns into a comical caricature of the subject so stick with landscapes.
