Realistic Steps to Boost Fruit Quality | Steven Bierlink | Regen Rev 2022 

Regen Rev 2022, the virtual conference about all things regenerative agriculture, made its sophomoric return in early February of 2022. Over 1,000 attendees tuned in to hear from farmers, advocates, agronomists, and scientists and the forefront of the regenerative movement.
Steven Bierlink is the Owner and Manager of Monument Apples LLC-a small, detail intensive orchard in central Washington. There they focus on maximum net dollars, rather than cost savings. By changing perspectives from "what should I be doing?" to "what else can I do", many new things have been accomplished.
In his presentation at Regen Rev 2022, Steven explains the role of crop load in fruit quality (pruning/thinning), fruit nutrient testing in conjunction with sap analysis, harvest management, and prioritizing net dollars.
