Realistic Still Life Drawing - Watch to learn the steps 

Here I demonstrate the concepts and drawing techniques I use to draw this Realistic Still Life Drawing. This is one of the projects I teach in my live pencil drawing workshops and I wanted to share the basic steps with my RU-vid followers.
This is one of my favorite subjects to teach because my students learn quickly to identify the subtle differences in shading that make the paper bag appear so three dimensional.
They also learn the masking techniques I use to keep the subject clean while rendering the background.
