Your neighborhood choice is not that great. Istanbul is mega city that you can find exactly everything in this city. you should see Kadıkoy . Don't forget see Beşiktaş and Caddebostan sides. Have a great days
The neighborhood choice is a bit interesting to say the least but still may be that made the vid unique:) Probably you already learnt which places to visit inside the city, make sure you cross the bosphorus by a boat (quite a view) to Kadikoy and spend some time on the Anatolian side aswell. The Blue Mosque, (not 5 pm Friday) and Aya Sofya in Sultan Ahmet, Galata Tower, Istiqlal Caddesi off Taksim Square, Princes Islands on a sunny day, the Basilica Cistern and the Chora or Kariye Mosque had stunning Byzantine art, and the Sapphire Tower Lookout, Topkapi Palace and the Harem (closes 4:30 pm) and the archeological museum are all must sees. Ask if the new observation deck is worth it. People have complained they have roped off 3/4 of the observation deck of the Sapphire tower for customers only restaurants.
Haha yeah we broke a universal law when we went straight for the desserts but we couldn’t help ourselves 😂 And yes, we definitely binge watched that series 😂
Referring to a city like Istanbul as "this" is a bit odd, a bit like referring to London, New York, Paris, or Tokyo. It is one of the greatest, biggest and most popular cities, actually the most visited city in the world last year.
Yes we have since received many comments saying the same thing. It’s probably safe to say we will be staying in a different area next time we visit haha 😂
