There are a lot of fruit ice creams that are made with either water or milk. Theres a place called "la michoacana" they have a variety of ice creams and shaved ice and snacks but im pretty sure its not in the uk

you know what the funny thing is with those watermelon ice creams is that i saw a video of a korean eating different korean ice cream and there was one just like that and then i go in the shop like a few days to a week later and there it is the exact ice cream i saw in the video so weird hahah
