Don’t take home in Sunteck WestWorld Naigaon East.Your money will get wasted.There is no 24/7 water facility given by the Sunteck WestWorld builder.i stay in Sunteck WestWorld Naigaon East building 1bhk flat.No using water.No water in jet spray.No drinking water.if we want drinking water we have to purchase drinking water from outside shop.The water comes only evening during dinner time.The time of water is 9:30pm to10:00pm only.Instead of giving 24/7 water facility by the Sunteck builder Only 30 minutes water is provided by the Sunteck builder and this is the truth.There is lot of leakage issues in all flats 1bhk,2bhk and 3bhk during monsoon.The pressure of water is very slow.There is lot of electricity issue in Sunteck WestWorld Naigaon East.Electricity goes everyday 24/7.No fix issue of electricity.
Vvmc water does not come everyday it comes once in a week or month as said by Sunteck WestWorld Naigaon East builder.insted of giving VVMC water they are giving tanker water.When asked Builder to give 24/7 water to us.The builder said my work is to make building baaki paani ka aap deklo.
currently, there is no building in sunteck who has 3700 mantainence for 1 BHK. Instead, multiple towers are having maintainence 2700 for 1BHK & 3100 for 2BHK along with Apex with facilities I am in relief now.
Let me tell you the reality I am living here as tenent , if you are willing to shift here please consider one more time nothing is free here for tenant the owner hates tenent and bachelors specially they have started charging club house fees for tenent 1k per family and if you are bachelors then this will become worst per person 1k for bachelor

May 1 bhk resale kar dete hai Jab ke Builder price 41 hai 1 bhk ka Aaj bhi 1 Bhk ka rent 8,9 last may last 10 milta hai Aur us may se 3700 toh owner maintenance pay kar deta hai toh jab aap 35 lakh invest karte hai toh monthly profit only 5 thousand That's.sterange here. Aap hi sochiye lok kyu sale kar hai hai 32 31 may flat Once Think bez of leakages of flat& every day overflow water People locality worster . Sorry But that's Truth

Bhai building main Bahut leakages hai or pure ghar ka tiles nikal rha hai bathroom main pura leakage hai mantanance bahut high hai 1bhk 3600 hai or 2bhk 4800 hai
Main rehta hun.Aap shayad nahi rehte honge. Iss baar main kisi tower ke secretary ke saath video bana ke dalunga. Aap shayad suni sunayi baat bata rahe hain. Agar ek bhi reciept aap 4800 maintainence ki dikha denge is waqt toh channel band kar dunga.

VVMC paani ka 100% connection ho chudai hai aur ab sirf 30% paani tanker ka lagta hai. Society 2 time half hour ke liye paani deti hai. Sab use tanki mien store karte hain for 24 hrs use.
Yes, 70% VVMC water & 30% tanker. Water is provided twice by society for half an hour.viz. afternoon & night Most of the people have installed water tanks in their home.
