It is a Kings responsibility to care for his people. But many of the drowned have a similar experience with death, which concerns Napel. The banner of the Undead has been raised again, and friction between the land and the sea boils over like never before. Napel dives into research to better understand each kingdom and its relicts. More questions rise with no answers to them.

Bountos: Masked Spirit entity who was the Sea Titan. Something brought him close to death, and he managed to give Napel the Sea Relict before dying (he/them)
Captain Blake: Human, important to later sequences in the storyline. Has formed a truce with Napel (He/him)
Xichos: Guardian hybrid, now serving as Napel’s general and historian (he/him)
