Everyone says to tell people what you would do differently and why they should list with you. What exactly different is there to do that the agent before you didn’t do? I’m a brand new agent and just got sponsored so I have so many questions

Jackie, you are so thorough and detailed. Thank you so much for that! Question: are you using paper listing agreements? Everything we use is electronic with e-signature. No pen. How do you present that to the sellers? Email them right there while you are sitting with them?
I prefer paper and pen for the listing agreement. If you have a Zoom appointment, email the agreement for e-signature 5 minutes prior to the appointment.
