Jackie you have helped me get a listing last week. I have one question. I can not afford the vulcan7 right now so I went to the mls and looked for expireds and just showed up at their door. I didn't know what else to do. However, I wasted a lot of time of course because I didn't get to speak with them before hand. Would you suggest this?

The expireds are not easy calls to make. The seller is looking for the quickest exit off the phone, "I'm taking a step back" 101 exit

What if people are busy, working during the 9-12 call time? Since you dont know people's availability, what about mailing them their MLS sheet with a "i know why your house didnt sell call me" sticky note (a FB group is actively doing well on this but havent tried it)? or what if you wanted to reach thousands at once? how do you reach expireds in the most efficient way with todays technology? Calling them at 8am on the day that the listing expires is the most efficient way to actually list them.
