warped rotor. open diffs will always put power to the wheel of the least resistance. kindof like lightning. your right rotor is warped, causing the brakes to grab it and eventually let go from the left over torque being used from your transmission. Easy fix, just take the rotor to a local Les Schwab or what ever tire place you have and get them to turn the rotor. They do it on a daily basis.
Does not appear to be just a warped rotor, if you look center of rotor, where it slides over the axle shaft/hub at the center, this also appears warped when it turns, not sure what vehicle this is from the video. Unfortunatley, Helives629 wishes this was only a rotor I'm sure; wish him the best of luck with this fix.

@@bradjizzle8454 As a matter of fact, upon further review of the comment section, Helives629 replies to Audun Jemtland and says this was a bent axle. So, perhaps you should look at the video again and pay attention to the end of the axle shaft because as you already put it, "it's obvious."
To anyone reading this comment thinking spraying wd 40 is a good idea, dont. This will literally kill you. Brakes need friction to stop, never grease the rotor, EVER!
