This mountain vegetable meal was truly a great experience.
The restaurant is Chaemigol (채미골)
📍433-7 Osaek-ri, Seo-myeon, Yangyang-gun, Gangwon-do, South Korea
These foods represented the mountain and each vegetable had a unique aroma,
which was fascinating and delicious.
Especially, the grilled deodeok had a crisp texture and a slightly bitter taste
that seemed to complement the spicy sauce,
creating a flavor that can only be experienced in the mountains.
I can confidently say that the grilled hwangtae tasted even better than meat.
If you ever travel to Korea, I highly recommend visiting Seoraksan at least once.
The food is absolutely delicious.
Even if you don't have a car, taking a bus
from Dong Seoul Terminal is convenient and the journey is scenic, making it a great experience.
