At a seminar he was not made aware that it was attended by a highly ranked SF instructor. He said he was very impressed and by far the best in explaining things too.

This is pure GOLD!!! For a little woman, though, who is defending herself against a rapist on the street or who broke into her home, i would not worry too much about controlling the descent and post-fight consequences.🤪 as long as she shuts up and lawyers up. I was actually learning these strategies and concepts in Shorin Ryu karate. Turns out that people in China and then Okinawa figured this stuff out long ago. Problem was that the application of many techniques preserved in the kata has been lost, and the training methodology is garbage. Thanks for bringing it into the modern era.
