I was in a fight in school once. I actually learned some fight techniques from a video on RU-vid. This guy was about a foot taller than me. He came up to me once stated talking shit of how no one likes me and I am poor. So I just ignored him and walked away. The following week, I was walking in the hallway and he came up to me. As he walked towards me I knew I had to defend myself. He came at me with a right lick to my jaw, and he followed up with a left hook. I dodged the right lick and planted a punch on his jaw, not a very good one, but enough to make him madder. He came at me with another punch, and I dodged and countered him. I then punched him a few more times and then once he was stunned, I hit him as I hard as I could in the jaw and he tumbled to the floor. He was bleeding all over his face. And he had a few bruises on his face. I got a teacher and they escorted him to the nurses office, meanwhile I was being sent to the principals office. As it turns out, I actually didn’t get suspended or anything. The other kid actually did. I never realized how useful RU-vid fighting techniques could save you. I was in Seventh grade when this happened.

@Momentum 123 That is not true! Kung fu is designed to do quick strikes to vulnerable parts of the body, like the neck, balls, eyes and so on. That way you can paralyze or end a fight really quickly. Especially if you do the neck technique.

LUCI Kung fu is not a vary good effective martial arts. all you have to do is take the fight to the ground and know a little judo or jiu jtsu and beat a king fu fighter it’s that easy. When Kung fu tells you that you can get out of a rear naked choke and beat up three people with bjj then their lying because it’s practically impossible to get out of those submission. atlantean 107 street fight punching is a repeated sewing machine motion. One hand grabs, the other one tries to hit the face. Neutralize the threat as soon as it comes, if it comes first, using something with more surface area, like the whole forearm will actually do something, and counter with a punch to the jaw, or take them down. Think of your opponent like a, like a fire, you have to move in really quick and execute the movement before getting burned.

In an actual street fight you won’t have time for this shit. The real way to do it is a wrestling move called a double leg take down. You pick them up by the back of their knees, lift me up as high as you can and then just slam em. Usually works for me🤷🏽‍♂️

1: Offensive/defensive (create a rhythm, make them focus on punches per se, a good defensive would be to train head movement, etc, don’t swing, go straight through your target unless you’re throwing hooks to the lower ribs/jaw). 2: Break the rhythm. (Do something unexpected that you can flow off of to begin attacking more targets, discipline and training really goes far here, I’d learn from Silat or kali to help with the flow). 3: Flow and attack as many targets as possible. This is the ground and pound stage of the fight. It’s simple and after this, you’ve successfully “won” the fight.

So many of you are wrong yes he is teaching it slowly for beginners and yes some of it needs to be brought together but that comes with practice. None of his moves were wrong just slowed down and separated for people that have never done these things before. You keep doing what you are doing helping out the people that have never done this and need to learn. I like how you teach dont just go in for the win, but how you teach the correct way and try to avoid and run away. Like my father always said you never know what someone else has on them so defend but get away as soon. As possible. Finish the fight even if that means running to protect yourself.

funny how the basics work, but the fancy shit falls apart. i wish high-and-mighty idiots would stop the bullshit and teach mastery of the basics, cause thats how you win a fight. fun fact, if your fighting bareknuckled and want to throw a punch, use a 'long uppercut'. just search for youtube tutorials. its what "ye olde" bare knuckled boxers used to keep their hands safe. it basically ensures that all your hitting with is your knuckles, and not your fingers. combine that with the proper pointer+middle finger wrist positioning, and thats probably the safest your hands will be, so long as oyu practice them enough beforehand.
