I spoke to a few single mothers on dating sites. The one common factor I discovered is that most want a foreigner to undertake financial responsibilities of raising their children something Filipino men, even father of their children won’t do. One even told me that she expected me to build a house for her children in Philippines and pay for their future (whatever it meant). I asked what is in it for for me. What will she bring to the relationship. She went silent. And she was not a scammer. We were in contact for more than a year. And, this is just one example.
This is the reason why pinoy need condom there, need to teach the kid at a young age about it, since there is a problem there. I think they dont have a good job to support their kids that is why they dont take care of their kids.
The only problem is when the real father wants to always show up unexpectedly. And will interfere in the relationship that he was not intending to take care of properly. And will argue with his X in front of everybody about the kids, which he didn't take care of properly. So, getting involved with a ready-made family will mean an immediate relocation, of them for peace of mind and for the guys' safety.
This is why love is important in relationships, when you love someone you love everything about them💕 When people are in a relationship for convenience it likely not to work.
My Filipina wife was deserted by her husband so she was forced to go overseas to work to support her family. We met in Hong Kong and she knew I had money, but not how much, and security was definitely a factor in her getting together with me. We now live in the Philippines. We have a son together and I willingly support her daughter, who lives with us. When we met she was in her 30s and I was in my 40s so we are not kids and there is no huge age gap. We have a comfortable family life with property and income so we are both happy.
@@glenosborne3235 It was worth the expense to get him out of her life with no recourse to her property, that he had while he was still legally her husband. My step-daughter has completely rejected him, something I did not encourage but which I understand given that the only thing he ever did for her was to be her biological father. She's happy and has a bright future so I weigh that up against any monetary outlay.
My Filipina is a single mom. I’m ok with that. I respect her and she respect me. I told her I want equal relationship I not control relationship. I tell her often I respect her and am loyal to her
If w western man excepts your children with you , you have to let him be the father that will educate them and teach them how to survive in today’s world common sense is more important then the best education
Great channel, I subscribed! You're absolutely right. Besides, Filipino kids are super cute, very well mannered and very smart. It's easy for foreigners to accept them. I was dating a Filipina single mom. She was not on dating sites. However, she was legally married/separated and I was in process of divorce. Divorce doesn't exist in the Philippines, it's a hard process to get annulment. Keep up great job!
@@FilipinaPetite1990 I heard the government is planning to reopen the country. I was planning to visit the Philippines next month but unfortunately it's still not possible.
I just like to say a lot of people don't know what to talk about I was married and a woman had a 5 year old daughter and I grew up just like mine basically it's a package deal and I learned a lot from that young lady five years old when she was seven she said something that was very unusual she said anybody can be a daddy but it takes a man to be a father.
Most Filipinas on dating apps only wants to be chat mates. They don't want to date until they meet in person. Borders are closed. so it will be a while!
On the dating apps your value as a man living in a foreign country is really low. You're just another thirsty chump among hundreds trying to throw themselves at these girls online. Men outnumber women on these sites 2 or 3 to 1. However once you actually hit the ground there, your status goes way up since less than 1% of the online guys will ever travel there. Your odds go from 50 guys per attractive girl, to 50 girls to one guy in your favor. Don't commit to one until you meet enough girls in person to start to understand how they are and be able to tell which ones are good ones.
I talk to a few moms in PH and most are still married. Very hard to get annulment so sad these men just leave and have no responsibility to care for their kids
Thank you, Filipina Petite, for bringing these facts to light! One suggestion, some of us (speaking for myself) find a heavy metal band playing in the background of your lovely voice a bit distracting. Trying to focus on what you are saying while hearing this noise makes the experience difficult. You have a fine voice for your videos, so let it speak for itself without the background. Besides, the rooster is cute - and enough. Just my idea. Thanks for listening!
Omg I was thinking the same. When she's talking, volume is low and I need to turn the sound up. But when I turn the sound up, I hear distracting music in background and hard to hear. I thought I was the only 1. Maybe no music is better for serious topics like this in future please
I also have been single for 6 years and have a son. I hope to find a faithful Filipina who wants to build a future and not just play around. I love the culture and and love that they are family oriented. I also love the accent …lol I talked to a Filipina about 8 months ago but I felt she just lied about wanting to build a future with me and asked for money for things while she talked to other guys online. I know all Filipinas are not this way, and just pray I can meet a genuine Filipina who is serious. It’s hard to find kind hearted souls now days with no hidden agendas. Anyways, Love your videos and Take Care out there.
I've seen a few interviews with Filipinas from different age groups on other sites. Asked about dating foreigners one common theme seemed to be. The Filipino men are immature. When he found I was pregnant he left me. Of couse that doesn't apply to all.Filipino men. I understand the Philippines is a prefominently Catholic country and birth control is not widely encouraged and in some cases discouraged. When you consider a child has been brought into the world and in some cases abandoned by its Father I'd argue in favour of birth control. I really don't understand a man who simply abandons his child. I've experienced it I met and married a woman who has an 8 year old daughter. The father just went off one day had nothing more to do with his daughter. It was a simple choice for me I loved the Mother she and her daughter came as a package deal. We had 2 other children. My step-daughter and her brother and sister were treated equally. When Sams father came back on the scene when she was about 14 she wanted nothing to do with him. My wife and I divorced after she hooked up with a boyfriend she has at school after we were together for 16 years. I remained a part of the Childre's lives and still am though they are adults now! THEY ARE YOUR CHILDREN! The situation where a foreign man can be blackmailed by an absent husband or even jailed is a serious issue. Where's the crime in accepting responsibility for someone else's children after he left? But that's the law in the Philippines. Go to Saudi Arabia and steal sonething. The punishment under Sharia Law..they cut off one of your hands. Get involved in drugs in Thailand or Indonesia they can execute you. Both countries make it perfectly clear to visitors on arrival. It seems a shame that women and kids abandoned by husband and father should be denied the chance of a new start but if that's how the law works not much uou can do!
Hi, I have a question for you regarding that Filipino men generally do not accept children that are not his own: Has it been your experience to find any difference in attitude of Filipino men living in cities or the rural province?
I can truly relate to this topic and what you say is facts. Me,if I was still single I prefer a single mother with a child. She is already mature enough to know right from wrong
My filipina's daughter is 8 years old. She hasn't been with anyone since and she's been working taking care of her. All that does for me is says how good of a mother she is and how she will take care of her family. I'm plenty serious about dating my single mom filipina. Already submitted our fiance visa application. Children are a blessing. If his family doesn't support what he wants then that's on them. I can't believe how much people hold grudges for events they weren't even there for. A lot of Filipino men cheat, that's why there are so many single moms.
Nice video. As far as coming to the West for a green card, I've been on dating sites for about 3/4 year. Most of the women internationally would like to come to the west. I have viewed hundreds of Filipina profiles, and almost none of them want to leave their country. They are exceptional in that regard.
wow thanks for sharing the experience lovies.but as you all know you will decide ifever you want them.in your country so eventually your filipina will leave the philippines.truth, most filipinas doesnt even know more about green card.
Proud subscriber now, thanks for the valuable information and the way you present it. Hope to soon live a simple life in the Province!! Covid permitted!!
Here in the United states, women in general that are single mothers treat a new man in their life second to their children. Many dating websites say my children come first. When I read those words on any profile, I immediately move on. I have adult children and I'm really done with children in my life. Having said that, the cost of raising a child in the Philippines is much less expensive than it is the United States. Marrying a single woman in the United States is a risky thing for a man versus the Philippines. Plus in the Philippines it seems the children are raised by the entire family instead of just the mother. My Filipina girlfriend has two children. An older son and a young one. Yet she is never made me feel like I need to be responsible for them. But I feel as though I can give some sort of guidance and help to them if they need it. I love children. But it my age I can't take on the full responsibility of them. So at least I can do what I'm able to do to help and still love my Filipina 😊. I really enjoy your down-to-earth vlog. It's good to see that feminism hasn't quite ruined the Philippines as it has in the United States. I'm looking forward to the day I can live full-time in the Philippines when your country opens.
When married in the Philippines, you are married for life. No divorces, only a hard to get annulment. Much more risk than in the USA. Adopt the children and she leaves, you pay child support for 20 years Maybe need to fund her as well.
Hi Petite. I love when you have a new video. Those were all good reasons. Its sad in this day and age people look down on women if they are a single mom. Also, if a woman has kids and the father isn't around, I don't look bad on a woman trying to find love but also someone to be a father figure to their kids. I can't speak for all men in US but I personally don't have a problem with dating someone with kids. Thanks for your videos Petite. You always brighten my day.
I also think some reasons are that not much men want to take care of someone else's kid thats not theirs. It sucks others look down upon these single mom which they shouldnt and I feel like if they dont want to be in relationship with them, they should just bug off and not make them feel bad
I was dating two filipinas and I accepted their kids, things were great for a few years but the jealousy was too much for them....Us 3 had agreed from the begenning but it wasn't meant to be.
Thanks for some really good videos, Petite! I found your channel and really like your work! Keep it up! I'm now a new subscriber and looking forward to more of your work.
Single and separated is to different things. I've talked to women who put single and even use maiden name because separated for years but are in fact still married. Starting a relationship with a huge lie is not the best way and a cinnabar will never be obtained. So better to live in Philippines far away from husband as domestic partners and forget about marriage or living abroad. Is a six year prison sentence if convicted of concubinage and adultery so keep that in mind should you choose to move forward in that relationship. Annulment is expensive and in the end may not be approved.
Same situation here. She lied to me and told that she was Virgin and she adopted a kid but in actual that kid was her's partner and then they both are separated. I don't even talk to random girls even I left my female friends but in return I got that. I don't know why they do that.
@John Grigg I'm sure over that period of time you have been sending money to put food in their faces and loads on their phones ect . I get the same thing but her son is a pretty respectful kid and understands. It's been almost 16 years since they split up she says so I just agree. She does live with her mother and sisters which I have actually seen. They are talking about making divorce legal and an initiative is on the ballot but I'm sure there will be tight parameters on it and it won't be cheap . All we can do is live for the day and hope for a better tomorrow. I plan on retirement there regardless and if anything I hope this relationship gets my foot in the door and settled . I've also come to realize that if someone tries to turn you in for concubinage then she also goes to prison for adultery and then her family will hunt that person down who put their family member in prison.
@John Grigg is probably a blessing that you weren't able to move forward with the house as foreigners can't own property in the Philippines. Unless your married with an iron clad prenuptial agreement that puts you at least on a 50/50 split I wouldn't even think about it. Sounds like to me you are getting the short end of the stick and should probably cut your losses. A good Filipina is very frugal with money and is used to not having it . Sounds like you have been more than fair but in reality you are being taken advantage of. Sorry brother. There's plenty of decent women there who would truly appreciate you who are single . She shouldn't be asking you for anything and you don't owe her anything. Give from your heart and only what you can afford to lose.
@John Grigg are you currently living with her or are you here in the states. If your there then yes you are isolated. There are other bloggers there like sunshine shoulders and the Philippine info channel who could probably give you better advice because they are there in the Philippines and both seem to be really great guys who are willing to help if needed . Old dog in the Philippines and every man has a story are also great for advice as well .
@John Grigg I recommend sticking money away for emergencies incase you get sick . If you have a bank account in the states you can open a savings account there and have monthly transfers automatically done so you are ready for whatever may come . It's time to sit down with her in private and express your feelings and concerns. If she loves you she will listen and act accordingly and if she doesn't then you know where you stand .
Spot on sir, we love family and kids. Life in the West is no longer about family, it's about making money and getting things. Coming to PHP to have a family environment.
@@scottbrinks9248 Why everyone fears Americans. You should not make love to kids. Yet every year many American travel to Asia to make love to minors. She is right. If you do this you will lose respect. My lands of the free where my flag, the red, white and blue flies will stand and fight any grown men who touches children like that. We will fight to the death!
The big disadvantage to a "single" mom is the Father may still be alive, and there is no divorce in PI. Adultery is a crime in PI. The EX can have you charged with this. They can also blackmail. If you do not pay me I will file charges. You almost need to have documentation of the ex being in a relationship with someone else. They would also be able to be charged if they caused a problem for you. It is then that the courts would not want to jail 4 people, (both married people, and their partners). Who would take care of the children with everyone is jail? Things would be so much better for single moms if divorce was legal there. I like children. Husbands no, not so much.
I have a serious question for you. If many families are willing to disown their son for wanting to be with a single mom, why will they not disown that same son when he goes from woman to woman and gets them pregnant and creates those single moms in the first place? I have heard from many people in your country that doing this is a badge of honor for these men. How can that be? Many of these men have numerous children all from different women who were once single but now are single moms. This seems to be such hypocrisy. Can you explain this? What kind of parents would support their son to do such a thing? Thank you.
I know that you're not asking me, but I'll reply anyway. I've thought about this question myself. I think it's related to a number of factors 1. The macho culture, a possible legacy of the 350 years of Spanish occupation 2. Lack of good jobs, so that the Pinoys can't support a family so they prove their virility by getting girls pregnant 3. Irresponsible and pampered boys - the males are raised preferentially and pampered so they don't learn responsibility 4. Poor character - a truly gutless and pathetic man doesn't care about his offspring 5. Lack of laws requiring childsupport and lack of resources to ensure payment. NOTE: Not all Pinoys are like this. I know some incredible Pinoy men who are the complete opposite, so I'm not trying to characterize all Pinoys this way. However, there's clearly a problem with irresponsible men in the Philippines who are actually proud of impregnating numerous different women. As pampered favored children, the irresponsible boys get a free pass from their families. Truly sad and disgusting.
This is a very interesting question that only parents could answer! The father of my two boys never ever disowned by his parents! I wish she will do an investigation or interview to some parents too!
If I only was younger. In the past I worked with several Filipina. They were always gracious and fun to be around. It never crossed my mind to date a Filipina. Later in life a friend married a Filipina. It ended. He was a drunkard. I felt so bad for her. Like I said. I wish I could made different choices earlier in life. Take care.
Hi. My filipina is a amazing single mom too. She still lives in Philippines but are going to move here to me In sweden with her daughter one day. I cant wait until its reality 😊 I want to thank you for a good channel with lots of nice info.
Your country may be different. Here in the USA to bring someone over we have to guarantee that this person will have an income for the next 10 years. So if she runs off with another guy after a year, we get to pay her for the next 9 years. The contract we sign is with our Federal Government. It doesn't matter if we stay together or not. It is binding. Check your laws. Anyone can be nice to you if they want something. A 10 year paycheck would be something.
Im viet and i told my viet single mom with 1 kid to leave her kid to his father to take care of him, and ill get her to cali, she didnt want to do that so i told her to stay there and think about it, and ill come back next year to see if answer is the same, while i might find another girl and she might not have a kid. The longer she wait the worst it might get.
Your channel is absolutely wonderful, I met a single mother Filipina(in her early 20's) through a friend of mine's girlfriend(he and her are from the same island plus they are both Filipino(a)s). Let me tell you she's absolutely wonderful, and I'm in my early 30's. We share the same values and beliefs, and she absolutely has a great sense of humor with an excellent comprehension of English. There are great Filipinas out there, just like there are bad Filipinas, but I'd think Filipinas as a whole are better wives than western women.
I am 59 years old, I was married before to a Filipina for 23 years. She passed away almost 2 years ago from a stroke. Due to medical reasons we didn’t have any children. Our plan was to move to the Philippines to reiterate there. Since I am still planning to move to the Philippines. Not wanting to be alone anymore I joined a dating site. And I am chatting with a 34 year old single mother of 2. A 12 year old daughter and a 6 year old son. I see this as my chance to have a family and yes I know the responsibility that I will be taking onto myself and to tell you the truth I couldn’t be happier.
A psychiatrist friend told me why her female patients from developing countries preferred to have a western man. It is not about money nor the green card but rather it is because they believe or have experienced that they get treated better by western men. I know of many who stayed single all their lives because of this belief. I am not saying I agree with this belief and I once tried to convince a friend to let go of this prejudice. I also know of a woman who had the choice of two western men, one that was never married and rich and the other that was poor from the divorce. She married the poor man and supported him financially as well as emotionally. She did not want to move to his country so they lived in her country instead. Women from developing countries have a loving devoted heart and want to be with and support their loved ones and this is not just out of duty. For many women I think to get that green card comes with a price which is the sacrifice of leaving their family and especially their parents who are getting old and need care and love.
I love your videos you gave me a good picture how to treat a Filipina girl thank you for that I'm always watching your videos I am big fan. God bless you and your family I'll be watching your videos you are a very special girl and beautiful you have a lot of wisdom God bless you

My Filipina friend is married and seperated for 20 years and no annulment and having relations with her is against the law. so we are waiting for another 8 months for her court date.
this topic seems more on simple moms which I dont mind. Could you make another video why filipina wants to date a foreigner even single and no kids? I know it's all generalized but great work on these videos
Hello nice lady,,I LOVE yur videos Im watching all of them, and yours are my favorite of all the others you are #1. Keep up your excellent content, these are the blogs us American men need to hear. Thank you wonderful lady.
Soooooo I married a Filipino woman she loves her kids but you have to know they are the same as any other woman! We were together for 20 years and it truly was Amazing
I would like to add a comment as a subscriber and looking into moving to the Philippines when I retire in December. All you guys saying these girls are just after money is ridiculous! Why would you like to move to the Philippines, to meet a sweet beautiful Younger woman who will adore you because you can't even get a woman your age to give you the time of day! Give me a break, that's why you guys sit behind a computer and critique. Petite, tell these guys the truth that it is not about money and it is about love if they can't understand that don't waste your time anymore even answering these questions from these lovers!
My filipina is 37 and no kids or marriage. She wants me to live in Philippines in siargao and not US. She doesnt ask for anything. I always have to offer. We met on Christian Filipina. The Christian filipina is honest and traditional if from province. They make best wives

Hello petite I'm new to your Channel I enjoy your videos and find them very interesting a lot of good information for foreigners. I have been planning a trip to the Philippines about the time the pandemic started. I'd love to meet a Filipina while I am there in the Philippines. Petite I have not watched a lot of your videos you may have said but I'm curious of your age? You are a very beautiful and caring young lady to me have a blessed day.
Thx for your informations and issues about what singles moms face in your country. I know that many Filipinas women feel a deep attraction about white men, specially in their 40's until 60's plus because filipinos men don't accept the situation of these women seeking security, love and another chance to be happy...I 100% agree about their seek. The only thing matter is to find a good connection for both side (filipinas and westerner), also westerner face women issues in their countries so I convinced that there is hope for both.
I'm surprised by this that a Filipino would not accept a partner kids..this is common in America..but we are used to this because our divorce laws are vastly different..but here the economic situation will determine alot of choices..
I was raised by a single Mom in the US. One thing that she taught me was she always put my sister and I first. Any guy that she dated had to accept the fact that she was a single Mom and that was it.
@John Grigg My so called "father" would beat my Mom.... Right in front of me and my sister. When she remarried I was 16 years old. I told Pop that if he EVER laid a hand on my Mom in anger just one time I'd kill him. No questions asked.
Its true,my pilz just wants to have happiness now that the kids are grown. And leave a country that doesn't except anymore. A new life. And who can blame these ladies?Anyone else would do the same thing.
I think the main need for single filipinas is more money that her young non legal husband can provide. Several single mothers that live near me on Leyte have chatted me in secret and the big request is find me a foreigner. They usually also ask for my help with meds or baby formula for their babys. They are desperate to provide for their children, and for them foreigners can fix their money needs. I feel sorry for the young fathers who are working on non rainy days On farms and construction jobs for less than 250 pesos per day. I also find no blame for the young mothers who are willing to sell their bodys to have food.
Petite, I am an American, educated, financially secure, and gainfully employed. I plan to vacation in the Philippines soon. Do you have a lady, age 50-57, you can introduce me to now. I want to be pen pals first and then I will visit. I don’t do FB or dating apps. So try to introduce me to someone special.
annulment is expensive ! Muslim Divorce also . the baby daddy will report to pulis. or black mail the akano. Adultery ! is a crime. better seek Filipina single no kids cenomer must be no marriage.
Good video - you actually give me hope that there are good Filipinas looking for a good foreigner. In my experience, most girls seem to be looking for someone to support them financially. I don't blame them, because I know that there are a lot of poor girls in the Philippines, particularly single moms. However, it's confusing for a foreigner who thinks that the girl is interested in him and actually she's interested in his money. She may already by married or in a relationship but she's trying to earn some money to support herself and her family. I don't blame her, because lots of guys are scammers as well - either married, or in a relationship, or chatting with lots of girls (but pretending that they're not). It's almost impossible to find someone honest.... if that's what you're looking for.
Ive have been to the Philippines 26 times. Ive seen the culture and the many troubles the people in this country face on a day to day basis. This may sound strange to some but i know many have said a lot of bad things about rhe Filipino males and they are pretty much true what they say about them but i do want to give the males some what of the benefit of the doubt here. Not all but many people in the Philippines in the work force make on average $3 dollars to $4 or $5 dollars a day. When your rent is $50 dollars a month or $100 dollars a month and your electric bill and water bill cost around $50 dollars or less or higher $3 or even $5 dollars doeent really do miracles. Especially if you have a bigger family to deal. I think Many of us already know the answer to this and that is i wonder what a mans attitude would be towards women and society if he had more income maybe $300 dollars a month instead of $60 dollars a month. I get it that if you were a doctor or lawyer like that but its not like that in the Philippines for the general people.
IMHO, the sight of the single mom's is a symbol to remind me that she gave her best to the pinoy and we are there to repair the damage. The sight of the child also remind me of her doing the deed with the Pinoy... which i detest. So many disadvantage to be with single mom. If you are gonna pay...why pay to get single mom ?
@@FilipinaPetite1990 Thank you petite 😍 We really love each other so much, I need the borders open as soon as possible to fly there and melt with here into a big hug and kiss 💟💟💟
It seems some Filipina no kids get married anyway to foreigner he dont want any more kids i think that dangerous could be a dead end street if children are on her heart she can change her mind after marriage. It seems when they come states it fails it usual because she early 20s immature dont know what she wants or she had bad intent all along
What advice can you give me for me to date and marry a filipina woman as I am Mexican Latino Hispanic men and I find filipina girls more attractive and beautiful
