Reba McEntire SHUTS DOWN Rumors She’s Unhappy on ‘The Voice’ (Exclusive) 

They all have been very successful. Gwen and John have also been stars for decades.They don’t need the Voice either. Niall is the only one still “growing” his career. The big paycheck and continued exposure to a large tv audience and media coverage is what entices them all to do it. None of them really “need” to do it though. Blake was burned out after 12 straight years, year round. No amount of money could entice him back. With Reba being older, there may be other things she wants to do while she still has time. Doubt she will want to do only the Voice for years on end.

​@@terri4049yeah I think one of the big things with people doing the voice is that they get paid buckets of money for enjoyable work and they get to advertise themselves and their upcoming music to millions of people who watch at no cost to them.

Gwen is a kind, faithful woman. She’s a family oriented Italian girl from a traditional Catholic family. She’s a good mother who stepped back from her career at the height of her popularity to raise her 2 young sons. She stayed with a habitual cheater for 20 years until his affair with the kids’ nanny that affected their home life. She has been cited by regular people and other celebrities alike as one of the most kind, down to earth famous persons. I’m sure Reba and Gwen have bonded. They have a lot in common. Both had long marriages to cheaters and humiliating public divorces in the same year. Both have had a big impact on the music industry in different areas. Both have won 3 Grammys and sold over 50 million records. Both are older women who are fighting against ageism to remain visible in the entertainment industry and so far succeeding. They both live part time in Oklahoma. They both have recorded songs on the Judds tribute album. I’m sure they’ve got a lot to talk about.
