I agree! She portrays an "alpha" (in the Walking Dead terms next to The Governor, Rick Grimes, Negan, etc.)! Those type of actresses are better villains that you love to hate!
Dave Martinez it wasn’t a bad movie though it was very good of course it won’t be as good as the shining but as a movie alone it was great the scares weren’t like all in your face but had plot impact and Rebecca Ferguson stood out as the villain and Ewan McGregor was a very good Danny
The Movie Buff yea I agree the only part that kinda fucked me up ( a lot of people too) was the baseball kid scene but that had astounding acting esp from that kid
Oh boy! What an elegant accent and I can see how humble this lady is. Beautiful both inside and outside. A funny memory from when I watched the movie was that moment her character comes on screen for the first time. I just stared at her just like Kevin Spacey's character did on that scene when he sees Mena Suvari doing her cheerleader routine, mouth open and nearly drooling in disbelief at how is it possible such pretty things can exist. XD XD XD. Her husband is one lucky guy, that is for certain! 😊😊
Fantastic movie. Fantastic Book. Just what you need. It’s not an action flick, not a superhero flick, it’s just a simple movie. Very satisfying once in a blue moon.
She was freakin' amazing. Truly evil, relentless and dangerous! All while being very captivating. I secretly kind of just wished that she and Danny would fall in love and join forces in a very tumultuous love affair lol
I thought i would be alright cause she's my fav actress but she absolutely terrified me in this film. Amazing actress, amazing voice, so evil in this film
Rick Avery haven’t seen the movie yet, but just from the trailers alone I can tell she’ll give an outstanding performance. The fact that she’s doing this interview in her character could be a sign that I was right about her performance, who knows 😉
She is just to good to be truth, I can't take my eyes off her, she'd be like heaven to touch, I wanna hold her so much... She is truly a powerful magician. I'm bewitched 😍❤😍
She's a great actress, watch the White Queen if you haven't you won't be mad Max Irons (might be his dad's name) plays the part of King Henry an both are great.
Words Cannot Describe How Much I love Rebecca Ferguson, Especially In The Hat I Swear, She Needs To Wear That Hat All The Time Now Because She Looks That Damn Good In It I Have A Feeling That Rose The Hat Is Going To Rank Up There With Other Great Characters Known For Wearing Hats: The Mad Hatter, The Artful Dodger, Billy Sykes, & Alex from A Clockwork Orange
I think her character was totally jipped. Rose is the best character in the book. And honestly the book had TOO much of a happy ending. But I loved the book more but Rebecca brought one of the best villains to life!
She did really well with the character. To me, rose and Barry were cast perfectly. That’s how I pictured them in my head while reading the book. Only difference is with Barry, I would picture him shorter hair and look like frank from American pickers LoL. The movies casting was really close. The actor actually looks JUST like Wayne Toups.
Her accent in the movie slipped some and I thought I heard Irish. Never would have guessed Swedish. But they're generally the best English speakers. I don't know if there's any such thing as a "Swedish accent."
Regrettably, Ms. Ferguson was the best thing about what was a not-too-good film. But her performance was truly dark, haunting--she reminded me of a weasle or something, a slick flesh hunter. She was great. McGregor good but the story REALLY suffered in this movie.
