4vrceltic, thanks for watching. I have fallen out of many of my good habits, but I plan to start using it again and will make update videos. I just posted one tonight of how my life has sort of gone off the rails in many ways (as far as taking care of my health). Thanks for watching!

I just discovered this video tonight (April 8, 2019) . I'm wondering how things are going for you. You come across as someone who would be easy to sit & gab with ! I have had an Urban Rebounder for over 12 yrs..I'm hoping to get a Cellerciser, tho. I think it sounds like the best. Dave Hall comes across very genuine. I thought you did a great job sharing info about rebounding....& I agree w/it. I've done a lot of research about it. Appears to be the best thing for the body!

@@patrickrutherford5553 I will confess I don't use it for exercise. I get on the Cellerciser about 3 times a day for several minutes to pump my lymph system. It's important to keep it moving so the waste is removed. That's not a benefit I can feel or measure... Also, I've found Dave Hall is right. If you gently rebound for just a few minutes & go straight to bed, it's easier to fall asleep! I do want to use it for exercise but, keeping my lymphatic system moving is top priority for awhile.

Essential Oil Sistas, I’m planning to make a update video - I fell off the wagon and plan to start using my cellar user again this week. I’ll make an update video soon.

@adventureswiththerobin
@adventureswiththerobin 5 лет назад
Florence deBear it doesn’t matter to me if you use this device or not and I wasn’t reading a brochure- I had printed some research from various resources about the benefits of rebounding. I didn’t feel comfortable giving a demo a because of creepers who want to see that sort of thing (girl with big boobs jumping up and down on a trampoline). I did follow ups about my results and I’m actually planning to start at it again soon and make more follow up videos. Sorry I was such a disappointment to you but I did my best to talk about my cellerciser. Just trying to put positivity out there. What more would you have wanted from this video (other than seeing me on it) ?

Thanks for watching! I love my rebounder, but have to be honest that I have sort of fallen off the wagon over the holidays. I intend to start back this week because just doing 10 minutes in the morning gives me so much extra energy during the day, as well as an improved mental attitude for the day along with so many other benefits. I just got into a bad habit of sleeping in as long as possible before getting ready for work, lol!

I started rebounding daily a month ago and have been searching youtube for videos about people like you who report on the changes they've experienced in their bodies. Your video is 5 years old. I'm wondering if you are still rebounding and if you are, what changes you have seen after 5 years? Also, the cellerciser is extremely expensive. I purchased the Leaps and Rebounds 48 inch rebounder for under $200. I like the size. I'm small but my son is over 6 feet and over 200 pounds and he didn't feel comfortable on the 36 inch rebounder we already had. Seems I've had a mini trampoline in my life forever but never knew the real health benefits until now. Hope you respond!
@adventureswiththerobin
@adventureswiththerobin 3 года назад
Thanks for reaching out! I used to have a cheaper mini trampoline too and there is absolutely no comparison that and my Cellerciser. I still use it (usually I go thru spurts of using it regularly). Some of the biggest benefits I see when I’m actually using it regularly are added balance and flexibility. Another benefit I notice is increased energy throughout my day. I intend to start using it every day again and maybe I’ll make an update then.

Oh my goodness, I will trade you my Cellerciser for your Bellicon. My orthopaedic surgeon says the springs in the Cellerciser are putting too much wear and tear on my spine and it is getting worse.

@@DD-ee2nv That sounds fishy. Your doc probably knows nothing about rebounding. Did he do x-rays or was he just guessing? How does he know it is getting worse? Docs don't like rx that preclude drugs.

I plug ear phones in and bounce and dance to music, about three minutes a song, easy to do four songs, thats twelve minutes, three time a day, and it's fun! Otherwise, yes, it is mind blowingly boring.

@@marilyncharlton8108 Hey! I just found this channel so I'm a little late commenting and don't know if you're still interested. I love my rebounder (I started in Fall 2015) but I like to do what I call "karaoke rebounding". I find some karaoke or something I can sing and "dance/rebound" to on RU-vid and easily worked up to 20+ minutes because it's just fun. (My 2 teenage kids usually join me on the floor) It really doesn't matter how you're doing it. I don't use a routine or specific moves. I just vary the intensity along with the music. I lost 34 pounds in just 2 months when I started (also watching what I was eating), and my cellulite disappeared and I had plenty! My skin feels absolutely amazing as long as I do at least 10 minutes a day. I have Lyme disease and my joint pain disappeared. I cannot say enough good things about rebounding! I feel 20 years younger! I am 53.

Awesome that there is results from just 10 minutes in the mornings for 3 weeks! But I think the most effective use would be to keep doing it throughout the day for just 1-2 minutes (which is not possible for most people though...). To keep the blood and lymph flowing all day. And perhaps a longer session in the mornings to warm up. I have to test this method though... I haven't got one yet, hehe.

Ok, here goes, after 5 days of having a cheap one and applying this method: It mostly feels better whilst doing it, and a few minutes after (edit: actually more like 30-60 minutes when I rebound for longer). It's a great way of exercising. My stomach and back (core muscles) are already stronger! That's the most unexpected result thus far. I've yet to eat my usual properly healthy diet whilst doing it, so that might be why I'm not yet seeing the great health-boosting effects it's supposed to have. Well, at least I'm not seeing any bad effects from not eating so well, and keeping to my regular eating window with Intermittent Fasting. My energy-levels are stable all day. But I'm not throwing everything out whilst I'm not eating health food, like eating loads of carbs and soda, lol. Well, in conclusion after just 5 days: it's enjoyable and very effective exercise, especially at activating the core muscles, if you haven't been exercising your core in a while. I'm really excited to see more changes! ^^ Edit: I have a problem with low mood. Not really depression, but close... And this really gets me up and being more active already, so I think it would be great for depression.

I don’t get it! Why in the world does anyone need to hear all of these info (which you can find google it, and even a lot more than that!), instead of waisting our precious time hearing about YOUR OWN RESULTS OR FAILURES! Such immature people these days...👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Hi Unikka, the reason I was giving information about the product was because I had friends asking me about my Cellerciszer so I decided to put the information into a video (which many told me was helpful). I didn't really expect anyone other than people who knew me would even come across these videos. More than that, I made that video series several years ago to learn more about how to make videos and post on RU-vid and to also give myself a physical challenge that I was accountable to. I'm amazed at the number of people who have watched these videos, as I never expected anyone other than friends to see them. I'm also amazed that something I did for myself has triggered such nastiness from you, someone who doesn't even know me. I encourage you to take a serious look the mirror and ask yourself why you felt it was ok to be so vitriolic to a complete stranger who did nothing to hurt you in any way.
